All staff expceptionally helpful. Really enjoyed breakfast in my room, so an easy start to the day. Room spacious and well appointed. Lots of nice touches. They have a lovely cafe next door

The hotel is right smack in the centre of town, by the lake, amongst all the action! The roads become pedestrianised during the weekend and it is so lively and festive. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Staff are very attentive.

Central location, walkable to French Quarter and old Quarter.

We stayed at the Silk Path Boutique Hotel Hanoi from May 23rd to 29th and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and genuine hospitality. Every member of staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with anything we needed.

The hotel itself is a charming boutique property with elegant décor and a welcoming atmosphere. Our room overlooked the lake, offering beautiful views, and was tastefully furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Breakfast was included and ordered the day before, with an excellent selection of options available each morning. We also enjoyed dining several times at the bakery next door, which is affiliated with the hotel and serves delicious food and pastries in a lovely setting.

One of the hotel’s greatest strengths is its location. Situated beside Hoan Kiem Lake, it is perfectly positioned for exploring Hanoi on foot and experiencing the city’s many attractions, restaurants, and vibrant atmosphere.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. The combination of outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and an unbeatable location made our trip truly memorable.

My stay was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The hotel offered excellent facilities, a comfortable room, and attentive service throughout my visit. Every staff member I encountered was courteous and professional. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return on my next trip.

The staff were very friendly and hospitable throughout the stay. The location is great to be on the doorstep of Hoan Kiem lake and the old quarter is great for shopping. Lots of options for breakfast that you decide the day before

I cannot recommend the Silk Path Boutique hotel highly enough. I don't think I have been to many hotels which give such a friendly, and very family feel about the place.

The staff are extremely polite, well presented, friendly, informative and you can feel their happiness, which they really want to share in every way possible. If ever a hotel could be recommended on staff alone, this place is at the top of the list. They certainly made it for me. If there was one standout member of staff, it would be simple. All of them

As for the hotel itself, it is very centrally located and very well presented. Extremely clean, and for a relatively small hotel, it certainly gives an impression of being bigger than it really is. The rooms are very clean, spacious and have a feeling of grandeur about them. There is just something which says, 'perfect'

The breakfasts are wonderfully served and presented with a smile. Not only that, they are tasty, healthy, cleanly served and taste just damn fine. Choice is first class.

All in all the Silk Path Boutique played a big part in making my vacation to Hanoi more memorable. If (more when) I return it will be my first choice without a doubt. I was very impressed from all aspects.

I had a very good experience here. The staff were very kind, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast was also delicious and varied. The hotel is located in the center of the Old Quarter and near Hoan Kiem Lake. The room was very nice, and I had a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silk Path boutique. The hotel was clean, had good amenities and in a really nice location close to shops and lake!

The staff were very friendly and Thach Anh helped us with our bags all the way to the car! He was truely kind and it was something we didn't expect 😊
