Lovely stay with great staff in a great location.
Pros:

Lovely welcome with excellent staff. Beautiful big room with a balcony and a view of the lake. Quiet and comfortable. Good breakfast that was pre ordered and could be served in your room at no extra charge.

Cons:

Sadly due to New Year the rooftop bar was closed on both nights of our stay.

😎 WOW, did we ever have a great time at Silk Path Boutique Hotel.

💰 VALUE:
- We opted for a Deluxe Double without view. We paid VND 7,257,600 for 2 pax without breakfast.

🌎 LOCATION:
- The location was absolutely perfect, literally right across the road at the south end of Hoan Kiem Lake. Taxi (Grab) was about 50min.
- 15 min walk to the heart of the old quarter and many attractions, tons of restaurant choices just steps away.

🛏 ROOM / SPACE:
- The room was very well laid out with very nice attention to detail in the flavour of high end French style. Super attractive and functional. Spotlessly clean.
- Very comfortable king bed, bathroom very functional decorated with fabulous marble and brass detail, The air-con worked perfectly, Wi-Fi was good and an ethernet connection was also provided. Satelite connected smart TV with many choices.

🧑‍💼 STAFF & SERVICE:
- The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, professional and addressed us by first name as soon as we arrived. Amazing!
- Check-in / check-out flawless.

🏊 FACILITIES & AMENITIES:
- Buffet or ala cart breakfast available, as well as laundry service (we used very cost wise services just steps away), elevator.
- Can’t really say enough about this hotel.. ..one of our top ten stays ever. Were booking again for next February, can’t wait. 🇻🇳
