Location, comfortable bed and friendly staff

Very well located for the lake and Old Quarter. Especially important when you arrive into a new country and busy city with your family. They make you feel relaxed and look after you so well. I would single out the service and the staff friendliness and helpfulness. Outstanding. In particular the staff were supremely helpful, e.g. a smooth check out at 5am and they even prepared the most excellent takeaway breakfasts for us, with very thoughtful small touches (like a small bag of salt for the hard boiled eggs!). All in all, highly recommended!

The hotel is in an amazing location across from Hoan Kiem lake and within walking distance to many attractions in Hanoi such as the night markets, Train St, shops and restaurants.
The rooms were great and although located in a busy street, noise from outside could not be heard from the rooms which was fantastic.
The amenities were fantastic and met our expectations, the food from the restaurant was also great.
The staff during our stay were all super amazing and friendly. Would definately recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an affordable and exceptional hotel in the middle of the city.

Perfect location at the foot of Hoan Kiem lake.
Very large room with King Size bed and both bath and shower. Only room on that level so no other guest noise. Staff were very charming and super helpful.

Located opposite Hoang Kiem lake, making this a perfect base to get around the city. Hotel was spotless and staff very helpful and friendly. Booked a room with no view but didn’t bother us as room was away from traffic noise.

Wow! What a welcome to Vietnam. The hotel is wonderful, clean and a welcome haven of peace from the business of Hanoi. The location was great and easily walkable to many key attractions. What really makes this hotel is the staff. They were friendly, offered recommendations on local places to go / eat and our breakfast service was lovely too. Such a hidden gem and we felt valued and well looked after. Would highly recommend

Loved this hotel! So cute and tall. It was exactly what I was looking for at the end of my month trip in Vietnam. I would definitely be back here when I come back. Location is great. Right by the lake. Made everything easy for me to get to. the staff were all amazing as well, very kind and helpful. Nothing bad to say about this place :)

We had an amazing time at the Silk Path Boutique Hotel and highly recommend it. The staff were lovely, the facilities/rooms were fantastic and the hotel is perfectly located. A special shout out to Trong on the front door who was exceptional and made our stay a memorable one.

The Staff/Concierge are very accommodating and courteous. They are also willing to help with any questions/issues.
