Good location with sea view, but if you are going to eat in the restaurant then it’s not a good idea

The staffs were cordial and welcoming but lack of English speaking knowledge

Cons:

There were no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. I called the reception and it took around 30min to send someone. We were at the restaurant with some delegates but the foods were served so late. The also didn’t understand English and didn’t serve what we ordered. I haven’t tasted such terrible steak in my life.

Un oasis.

Hotel de lujo con todos los servicios. Buen diseño, personal agradable, habitación muy grande.
Bien situado y silencioso. Restaurante muy bueno.

Another great stay at Mercure Rif Nador
Pros:

We stayed here in September 2023 and returned again this month, April 2026 for 6 great nights. Our room was excellent, customer service second to none and hotel perfectly located. I know that we will definitely return here on our next trip to Morocco.

Yasser was excellent and looked after us throughout our stay. So too did Fatiya. Superb customer service. Mohammed was also excellent and greeted us with an hello and a smile whenever our paths crossed.

Bouchra was first class in Housekeeping. Dounia, Fadoua and Nounia were also brilliant daily at breakfast too. Incredible staff at this hotel and what will bring us back.

If there was just one thing I would ask to change, please ban smoking from the bar as it was not good and definitely impacted our visits there.

De locatie was heel fijn

Cons:

De bedden waren keihard. De deur van het balkon ging niet dicht. De volgende dag kregen we een andere kamer, maar ook daar ging de balkondeur niet dicht. In beide kamers waren de bedden ontzettend hard. ’s Ochtends werd je wakker met een zere rug.

Cons:

Oud en oogt niet meer schoon, water bleef staan in het de douche, kaarsvet op meubels, geen sloffen, geen waszak, geen prullenbak in kamer.
En de ruimte om te strijken was vreselijk, er lag een heel oud strijkijzer, strijkplank had geen hoes maar er lagen lakens op die natuurlijk niet praktisch zijn tijdens het strijken en er lag een lege waterfles bij het strijkijzer. Mijn kamer was ook gehorig, door auto’s kom je niet snel in slaap, dus in de zomer zal de herrie veel erger zijn.
