Het personeel is top! Wat een vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Onze speciale complimenten aan topper Ismael en zijn collega's Isleym en Yasser!! En het schoonmaakpersoneel dat de kamers dagelijks schoonhoudt!
Het appartement is super ruim, prachtig ingericht, ruime balkon en mooi uitzicht op zee.
Het ontbijt is echt top, gevarieerd en ruim, echt op zijn Marokkaans!

Cons:

Bepaalde dingen in het appartement zijn echt aan vervanging/renovatie toe. Zoals het voegwerk in de badkamer waardoor de hygiene erop achteruit gaat. Of bijvoorbeeld de vriezer die bij aankomst niet dichtstond vanwege één grote blok ijsvorming. Dit soort zaken kunnen echt niet voor een hotel in deze prijsklasse!
Wat ook jammer is, is de route naar de ingang van de appartementen: buitenom het hotel en daarna door een ondergrondse garage. Bij een verblijf voor vrouwen is dit niet ideaal. Teleurstellend dat dit hotel hiermee geen rekening heeft gehouden.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’Mercure Nador Rif. L’hôtel est propre, confortable et très bien situé, avec un personnel toujours accueillant et professionnel.

Excelente estancia en el hotel. Todo estaba limpio, cómodo y el servicio fue muy profesional. El desayuno estuvo delicioso y la ubicación perfecta.
