Schickes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal, jedoch teilweise dreckig und Heruntergekommen.
Pros:

Beim Reingehen ins Foyer des Mercure Rif waren wir sehr beeindruckt von der Größe, Ruhe und angenehmen Kühle. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und sympathisch. Auch das Zimmer war sehr groß, das Frühstück gut und der Pool offen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt. Die Wandlampen und Handtuchhalter hingen halb aus der Wand heraus, der Wasserdruck war sehr gering, das Treppengeländer war klebrig. Im Außenbereich z.B. beim Pool oder der Zufahrt lagen mehrere Leuchten einfach auf dem Boden. Das ist unangemessen für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse und schmält die Erfahrung. Hier sollte Mercure daran arbeiten, seinen Standard wieder zu erfüllen.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Das Hotel entspricht nicht dem Accor-Standard. Veraltete Ausstattung, unaufmerksames Personal und erhebliche Lärmbelastung im obersten Stockwerk durch Klimaanlagen. Zudem lässt sich die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht abschalten. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend.

Imperfecciones como: Cosas rotas en la ducha, algunas luces no encendían, no hay máquina de cafe.
