Una mala lamentable experiencia.
Pros:

Aunque la infraestructura es buena, claramente no hay personal suficiente o el que tienen no está capacitado. No lo recomendaría.

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este hotel fue muy insatisfactoria. A pesar de que ofrecen room service, solo pedimos bebidas calientes un día y se demoraron más de una hora, llegando frías. Hablé varias veces con recepción y no obtuve respuesta. La piscina fue cerrada por mantenimiento un día, pero no avisaron; planeamos regresar temprano al hotel a usarla temprano y no pudimos, ya que encontramos esa novedad, en la mañana siguiente fuimos y estaba sucia. El desayuno, que empezaba a las 6 a.m., fue un desastre: inundado por las lluvias, solo una persona atendiendo, y nos impidió tomarlo a tiempo ya que teníamos tour. Para colmo, enviamos una camisa a planchar y no la entregaron, nos daban respuesta, el último día, en el check out la seguían buscando y nunca la devolvieron, nos pidieron los datos y dijeron que la iban a enviar a nuestro país, hasta ahora casi un mes y no responden los mensajes sobre este tema.

Tamanho e conforto do quarto

Cons:

Room service- pratos não correspondiam ao cardápio. Tempo de entrega na refeição de aproximadamente 2h no jantar.

As instalações são novas.

Cons:

O café da manhã estava extremamente cheio, apesar deles possuírem um enorme restaurante, muita gente esperando para conseguir cadeiras, e a falta de alguns itens do café, bebidas no bar extremamente quentes, não tem como pagar R$18,00 numa latinha de cerveja e ela ser servida quase que na temperatura ambiente.

un lugar ideal para despejarse!! llegué antes del horario y me dejaron guardar el equipaje y usar la pileta!! si bien se atrasó la entrega de una habitación x un problema con el aire!! no tengo nada que decir!! es impecable el hotel en todo sentido , los mejores tragos en la barra de abajo del hotel!! los mejores q probé en todas mis vacaciones

quizás deberían informar mejor los horarios del restaurant , llegamos 21.30 y me dijeron q cerraban a las 22 , cosa que no sabíamos , eso dificultó mucho nuestra cena ya que nuestra idea era no salir del hotel , igua nada malo que decir
