I recently stayed at Hotel Sahara Inn Batu Caves, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I booked a single bedroom on Level 4, but to my surprise, there was no lift, which made it very inconvenient.
The first room I was given had several issues:
There was no water, and the room had a very bad smell.
After requesting another room, I faced new problems:
The toilet light was hanging from the ceiling.
The toilet door wouldn't close properly.
Even after being moved to a third room, the conditions were still unacceptable. The atmosphere of the rooms was so bad that I couldn’t sleep the entire night, even though I booked the room solely for rest.
I do not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
