From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. A security deposit of MYR100 per room/night is required upon arrival. Pros:

I always have business trip to Penang, usually 2 times per year. I choose this hotel because it is very close with my office and near the air port. The hotel is green hotel, with purpose of improvement life environment. Therefore, it encourages customers avoid to use a lot of plastic items. I feel comfortable when stay here.

Relaxing. A bit out of the way but good nice quiet area to unwind
Pros:

Great facilities, nice pool and gym. Hotel is modern easy to get to. The staff are nice. My ac stopped working for a few hours one night and offered me complimentary dinner.

Nice business hotel with quite a good service
Pros:

A nice business hotel with fast internet. The Premiere Deluxe room was spacious and clean, featuring a comfortable King bed. The air conditioning worked well and had easy-to-set personal controls. Cleaning was done every day. It could be noisy at times, and I could hear people closing doors or talking. An average breakfast was offered, but it was tasty. Plenty of food places are located next to the hotel.

Very comfortable and great location, will be back if I need to be back in Bayan Lepas again

Cons:

Meeting rooms were a little claustrophobic, quite difficult to communicate to housekeeping and reception about issues, messages took awhile to be understood and received
