From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. A security deposit of MYR100 per room/night is required upon arrival. This will be collected by credit card or cash. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card or cash, subject to an inspection of your room.

Very comfortable and great location, will be back if I need to be back in Bayan Lepas again

Rooms were very comfortable. Location was excellent

Cons:

Meeting rooms were a little claustrophobic, quite difficult to communicate to housekeeping and reception about issues, messages took awhile to be understood and received

A nice and affordable hotel for me
Pros:

The location so nice. Anytime i came to penang must stay here.

Cons:

Before have 24hours room service. So if we arrived 2am also still can order food. But now only 11am till 10.30pm. How i wish they can do 24hours back

Relax and comfort stay.
Pros:

Room is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Parking available and free for customer. Bed is comfort, the stay is worth the money. It will be one of the option for revisiting. Thanks for the hospitality.

Cons:

The exit of the car park may raise some difficulties for customer, it need a really sharp u-turning to exit the carpark. One of the cafe is under renovation during the visit, hope to get a chance to revisit again in future.
