Very close to where we needed to be. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Quality rooms with good beds and great AC

Too many mosquitoes, AC has no control, walls with holes

the only thing that makes me comment is that the doors at the hotel is not that good. and old. then the CR window is inside the room. so kindly recheck the design of the room

We are very disappointed on our stay in this hotel. The aircon is useless and very noisy. We does not slept properly.

I don't know whose fault is this, either Hotels.com or the hotel, but the age of my children staying with us was clearly specified during booking. but we are charged an addl person charge during check in for my 13 y.o because only 12 y.o & below are free. My point is, why my room choice was successfully booked if there was this age limit? Also, the facilities were old and dilapidated esp. the cabinet. And there was not even a complimentary water in the room. I takes almost 1 hour for our breakfast to be delivered, even though the hotel staff told us to wait for only 30 minutes. I have booked other hotels with better services at the same price. Plus, there's no elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor, just imagine our effort going up & down, esp. when carrying something like pasalubongs or luggages.

During arrival because i came in earlier than expected i stayed in the lobby where so many mosquitoes and the lobby was so dark.

Great area, great restaurants next

Location is good and staffs are helpful and nice. The only thing i dont like is they dont have hot water, so it’s a struggle to take a shower.

The washroom looks disgusting and the first 2 days the water has sand . I booked deluxe room they give me standard room their reason is the deluxe room is unavailable even though I paid the deluxe. Worst experience ever!

Regatta hotel is an old hotel. Our room's cleanliness is just okay but not the cleanliness that I expected of a hotel considering that the rate is not that really cheap. The hotel staff is not friendly, she does not smile. WIFI signal is very weak, it does not reach the room.

Room is not that clean. Flush is not functioning. I've paid for 4 persons accommodation yet they only have 2 towels, and 3 pillows, and beds that are only good for 3. Though in fairness with the staff they are accommodating and friendly.

It was a great stay and the staff are accommodating and their location is easy access to everywhere.

Very very bad I cannot recommend this hotel at all.please removed this on your list.
