We loved, loved, loved the apartment. Great location, great amenities and lots of thought given to the needs of travellers. The team at the office were excellent. We really had no complaints at all. Comfy lounge area, fabulous balcony, well equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom. However, you soon realised, around midnight, that there are late night bars to the rear of the property were the bedrooms are. Such a shame - this would have been a 5* review if we had been able to sleep well at night. We have highlighted this to the team and maybe some extra sound proofing/better glazing will be installed to reduce the noise.

Excellent five star accommodations right in a beautiful, central area overlooking the beautiful beach.

This apartment was fantastic. It has a front balcony facing the Ocean, a back balcony facing the street. The kitchrn is its own room, very big.

Magnifique appartement en front de mer de 3 chambres et entièrement équipé ! Déco très agréable et surface de l'appartement importante. Le lieu se prête facilement à de longs séjour et la vue sur mer est un plus ! La conciergerie et à quelques pas de d'appartement et le personnel très professionnel. J'ai d'ailleurs pu tester leur réacitivé après un problème d'ouverture de la porte d'entrée. Un technicien de l'enseignement est arrivé rapidement et a réglé le problème. Là aussi, je reconmande fortement cette enseigne que j'ai découvert cet été.

We stayed at this apartment with my husband and three teenage kids. We found the apartment clean with easy instructions to register ahead of time so we could go directly to our apartment (office is at a different location). We loved the location of the apartment and we sat out on the balcony for many hours a day people watching. The only downfall to this apartment is how loud it was. There’s the gay bar strip right behind the building and each of us had to sleep with ear plugs and even then we were woken up several times a night with the nightlife well past 4am. If you’re here for the party life this wouldn’t bother you but for us it was a big nuisance and it’s not like we were going to bed early. The walls are also paper thin so we had a young family staying below us which made for some early mornings after a not so restful sleep. The only other negative thing is that the air conditioner is in the main room and hall so if you closed the bedroom doors it was crazy hot and stuffy in the bedrooms. We did write the apartment people who offered us a fan which was nice but we just lived with our doors open. The apartment company was very responsive to questions when we wrote them and seemed to want to make sure we had a good stay. All in all a nice place with a few annoyances.

Very beautiful beach front apartment in a wonderful location. The staff were very helpful, and the communication was excellent. The only disadvantage is that it's pretty far from the city center of Barcelona and the taxi ride to the city costs quite a fortune, but the good thing is that there is so much to do in Sitges that you really won't need to go to the city. Overall, I am very satisfied, and I will definitely stay there again if I return to Barcelona.

My family and I had a fantastic few days in Sitges. The apartment was perfect, light, spacious and amazing balcony overlooking the sea. It is right in the heart of town. We loved it!

Place was good, but was not stocked with toilet paper and napkins.
Would’ve liked more towels and you only get one service for seven days.

Location was a nice spot with great view, you will have to use train and taxis. Parking is paid parking only. Train station is 10 minute walk. Plenty of food options.

One thing not mentioned that would’ve made me think twice is, I went with my family and there is a lot of partying on the street next to it. Apparently it has gay night clubs on the street. So if you’re with your family it’s something to consider. Might not be best for children.

The stay in Sitges Group Apartment was more than perfect. Excellent location, very responsive and helpful client service, great food.. what can you ask more?

I'd stayed two of Sitges Group Apartment, one Beach Dreams Penthouse, the other Ocean Front Penthouse. Both have incrediblely mesmerizing views but if you want to have tranquility, go for Beach Dreams. Since Ocean Front is close to night clubs, it will be a little bit nosiy especially during Friday nights.

Great customer service, fantastic location!

I’m so disappointed to have to write this review - we’ve stayed in this apartment of a couple of times; the first time we only had positive words to say

However, we have absolutely no intention to return - we feel completely ripped off for them not disclosing there would not be the “sea view” we paid for (marquees blocking our view entirely so we felt completely missold here), coupled with unfairly retaining our security deposit and having no sense of reasonable approach to customer service

The majority of the deposit being withheld was due to the outside table smashing - however, they are completely ignoring the fact THEIR balcony door broke in bad weather, which was immediately reported, and we only moved the table to block the door to prevent further damage to the apartment until the engineer could come out (which unfortunately blew over in the wind)

To then claim this was entirely our fault and chargeable is an utter disgrace - we reported the issue as soon as we could and acted in good faith to try and prevent further damage which would never have happened if THEIR door wasn’t faulty

With the door blowing open off its hinges and water getting everywhere from the rain, I’m not sure what they expected us to do given their WhatsApp isn’t monitored after hours

Apparently a charge was also made due to the flat cleanliness - a bit rich given they left us absolutely no cleaning utensils.

Terrible approach to customer service and I’ll be escalating the matter

Great views and very clean/modern

Very nice apartment and well located at the beachfront street in Sitges. The only thing it’s the check out 11:00. They should give until 12:00 for the check out. Less stress and a bit more time to sleep. Definitely coming back! Great experience!

Fantastic location by the beach and a balcony view that cannot be bettered in Sitges

Fantastisk penthouse, med den skønneste balkon og udsigt over hav og strandvej.
Penthousen var stilfuldt indrettet og der var alt man behøvede for en skøn ferie.
Eneste lille minus var at man skal forbi kontoret for at checke ind, hvilket der ikke forekom i vejledningen. Men servicen og penthousen var helt i top👍👍👍

We had a nice 3 days in Sitges old town. Lovely view from the apartment overlooking the beach. Close to resturants and shops.
