This Place is SCAM
Pros:

Beware his place is SCAM. After paying the place the owner confirmed, but cannot be contacted, when I report to booking.com cs, and they contact this person, they respond, then my turn to contact, then this person is back to uncontacted mode. In the end I am not staying here, and booking.com cannot help, even if I ask to cancel it will cut about 98%, really not fair. I am stopping using this app after this. they keep this unhealthy environment and no guarantees for user

Saya sudah pesan melalui booking.com by AS Room, sudah saya bayar lunas, disaat saya mau cek in mengubungi akomodasi yang tertera, tidak di jawab, jadi saya sudah bayar tapi ga bisa cek in, manajemen apartemen harusnya menindak hal tersebut

Cons:

Saya sudah bayar tapi gak di berikan akses cek in, jadi saya merasa tertipu pada pemesanan melalui booking.com by AS room

It's overrated and need a lot of maintenance fixes.
Pros:

I think how close it is to a lot of stuff, great location, has a lot of facilities but lack of maintenance.

Cons:

The room has mold all over the wall (see my pictures) especially areas that connect to the bathroom! I did not ask to replace my room because I think they're all the same. My room has balcony but it was so dusty and not very clean so I did not sit there at all to enjoy it, wondering why they did not clean it during the room service. My room is a studio with kitchen area + equipment, but again they're covered in dust so I did not even bother to use any of them. This place needs massive maintenance fixes.

The maintenance is so poor, if the management wants it to improve, it has to do a proper repair and cleaning .

Nice room concept,City center , good breakfast,friendly staff,easy to get food around the property..

Cons:

Quite old property the room itself really need big renovation(bathroom tile and wall need to do deep cleaning with chemicals, the door , the ceiling ,faucet )..

Pros:

Comfortable bed and nice room, and close to restaurants, coffee shops and a super market.
