Pros:

Tutto perfetto! Camera accogliente e molto pulita. Staff gentile, attento e molto cordiale. Ottima colazione con varietà sia dolce che salata. Non può mancare pranzo o cena alla Trela, ristorante a cui può accedere direttamente dall’hotel. Piatti tipici e non della tradizione, preparati con cura e amore, semplicemente squisiti.

Arredamento moderno e di buon gusto. Posizione molto silenziosa. Staff molto gentile. Ristorante ottimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Die Umgebung war sehr schön

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein ,Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig,da sich die Fenster nicht richtig schliessen liessen. Bei Regen hatten wir eine Überschwemmung im Zimmer,der Fussboden stand unter Wasser und das war sicher nicht das erste Mal,der Schrank liess sich nicht richtig schliessen,er war verzogen. Man sagte uns,dass wir bei Regen den storen schliessen sollen.wir verlangten ein anderes Zimmer,was wir auch bekamen,leider nur für zwei Nächte sodass wir zwei Tage früher abreisen mussten. Leider gibt es in den Badezimmern keine Ablage Flächen, auch in den Zimmern gibt es keine Garderoben.

Schönes Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal (im Hotel selbst)

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter*innen im zugehörigen Restaurant waren leider nicht besonders freundlich, man wurde fast nur ignoriert, kaum angeschaut und auch nicht zwischendurch gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Brotkorb wurde bei der Vorspeise kommentarlos wieder vom Tisch genommen. Das Essen an sich war aber ganz lecker!
