The room was ok, actually the whole stay was just ok. The room was not huge but enough for our needs. The desk staff did not smile once but the concierge were very friendly.
The breakfast was very average, not what I would expect or have experienced at other similar priced hotels. Even though we arrived with one hour to go all the staff seemed to be clearing up ready to close.
We stayed in the executive suite which was extremely roomy.
Only 1 bottle of drinking water provided free of charge each day. Also no amenities I. The room like drinking glasses, bottle opener etc. Toiletries (shower gel, shampoo etc) was limited to one small tube each per day instead of provided as dispensers in the shower.
Additionally our toilet did not flush properly and took up to 4 flushes just to clear the bowl. Hot water took 5 mins to warm up and water pressure was poor.
90% of the staff were dismissive, inattentive and could not raise a smile to save their lives. The other 10% of staff were pleasant and welcoming.
Make sure you get to breakfast early as foods and juices are not replenished at any pace to keep up with demand.

High end quality hotel with clean, updated accommodations. Stayed in March 2026 as part of tour group for two nights. Very comfortable and spacious rooms, breakfast buffet had abundant options in beautiful large room. The only negative I encountered was the omelette station attendant that worked on Sunday March 22, 2026. He was rude and abrupt to me personally when I asked for an omelette with vegetables. I am Vietnamese and was shocked at the difference in attitude towards me vs the Caucasian guests that he was also cooking for. I hope the hotel sees this as that is not acceptable to wake up to as a guest. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel. It is across from the American Consulate.
A beautiful hotel which was very close to local restaurants and bars, the staff were really friendly and very helpful and were only to pleased to assist with any issues that we asked of them
The restaurant was ideally positioned next to the main bar but was still isolated enough so that you could enjoy a quiet meal, the hotel was well maintained, clean and the staff were very friendly.
Good location. Good pool. Food was nice.
No iron or ironing board.
Room was spacious. Staff was exceptional. Very convenient location in walking distance to French Quartier, book street etc.
Only Vietnamese coffee and black tea, no other coffee selections - but had a decent coffee shop next to the reception. There was a window between bathroom and bedroom, which a great view of the shower and toilet, luckily with blinds.
