Very good hotel, professional staff, great location
Pros:

Room was spacious. Staff was exceptional. Very convenient location in walking distance to French Quartier, book street etc.

Cons:

Only Vietnamese coffee and black tea, no other coffee selections - but had a decent coffee shop next to the reception. There was a window between bathroom and bedroom, which a great view of the shower and toilet, luckily with blinds.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Leckeres und umfangreiches Frühstück. Bequeme feste Betten.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war etwas laut. Aus der Klimaanlage tropfte sehr viel Wasser. Der Schaden wurde aber schnell behoben.

Great Location
Pros:

This is a very nice, well located modern hotel with a lovely rooftop pool. It has a lovely lobby with a coffee shop and a nice bar. We had a very spacious room. The only problem was there was hardly any shelf space and no drawers. The bathroom was nice but more counter space would have helped. There was also a strange platform that jutted out below the wall mirror beside the first bed. It contained a weigh scale. I tripped over the sharp corner several times and ended up putting my suitcase there so I wouldn't catch my foot on it when getting out of bed. This should be removed as it's a major trip hazard and serves no purpose. The dining room was huge but with little ambience. The egg station was excellent but we didn't think the breakfast was as good as at the hotel 5 hotels we stayed at on our 3-week tour of Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand.

Great location, but not so clean in room
Pros:

Was centraly located. And breakfast was good. Also coffee so tasty. Reception staff was nice.

Cons:

Cleaning in the room was not done properly. We found a lot of hair when we done check-in . Also the bed was not changed on the 5 nights when we stayed there. We stayed in hotel with less than 4 stars and ckeaning was done much better, so it must be improved.

Peaceful location and great service
Pros:

Had stayed in this Hotel which claims to be the largest hotel chain in this region (haven’t checked). The room is average and so is the view from the room. But location is very good in a peaceful location (next to US Embassy) and a Theatre. But main shopping area like Saigon Square and Saigon Centre etc are about 1.6 km away. The hotel has a good restaurant, a coffee shop (famous Highland coffee chain) and a bar. But service is great. Had gone to the bar to ask for 4 glasses. When she saw that my hands were full with shopping bags, she followed me carrying glasses to my room.

Cons:

The breakfast was limited and doesnt cater for western tastes. Mostly pork on the many. Limited vegetarian options. No halal food options were available.
