La dimensione delle camere

Cons:

Durante il check‑in ci sono stati richiesti 2 € in più di tassa di soggiorno rispetto a quanto indicato su Booking.
Inoltre abbiamo dovuto pagare 2 € aggiuntivi di ecotassa, costo che non era stato comunicato in fase di prenotazione.

Abbiamo anche chiesto di fare colazione: il prezzo esposto sul cartello al banco era inferiore, ma ci è stato richiesto un importo più alto di 3 €, con la motivazione che il cartello non era aggiornato.
Riteniamo che i prezzi esposti e quelli comunicati su Booking debbano essere corretti e trasparenti.

Було чисто, приємний персонал.

Cons:

Коли прибирали, то забрали піццу, яка була в коробці і не поставили нові шампуні і папір, хоча нас було 6 людей і зрозуміло, щл 4х шампунів замало.

La stanza o meglio erano due assieme ( quadrupla) molto grande. Anche il bagno molto spazioso.
I letti molto comodi, abbiamo dormito molto bene.

Il materasso non è un granché, io e mio marito ci siamo svegliati con tanto mal di schiena!!! Il
phon usciva il fumo nero, sta per bruciarsi e ho avvertito la signora delle pulizie perché alla reception al mattino non c’era nessuno. Gli oscuranti fuori posto, da risistemare che filtra la luce del sole, dispiaciuti di essere disturbati!

Decent for the price
Pros:

Very clean, quiet , very beautiful interior and accommodating staff.

Cons:

The air conditioning was not working properly, and the bed wasn’t a true queen it was two little twin beds pushed together which had a space in the middle to fall through.

Rude staff member which has told me to hurry up to get to the location because he needs to sleep as well! Isn’t this his job ? I landed 01:00 am it’s nothing I can do about that !
