Obsługa profesjonalna, posługuje się językiem angielskim i niemieckim, zwłaszcza panowie kelnerzy w restauracji przemili na śniadaniu. Pokój typowo hotelowy, wystrój standard, wygodne łóżka, dla osób twardsze materace, duża kabina prysznicowa. Bardzo czysto.

Cons:

Esperienza pessima, vacanza rovinata dalla mancanza di professionalità, problem-solving, organizzazione, disponibilità e attenzione al cliente da parte dello staff della reception e della direzione interpellata.
Avevo già soggiornato in questo albergo, ma questa volta è stato deludente. Ho comunicato piu’ volte che l’aria condizionata non era funzionante nonostante il clima afoso presente internamente. Per risolvere ciò, sono stata costretta a cambiare camera 3 volte durante il soggiorno e l’impianto di climatizzazione ha continuato a non funzionare, ricevendo come soluzione un ventilatore rumoroso, che non ha prodotto alcun beneficio concreto, né ha consentito di rendere l’ambiente della stanza adeguatamente fruibile.
Il mancato funzionamento dell’impianto di climatizzazione, servizio compreso nella camera e parte integrante degli standard di comfort offerti dalla struttura, ha inciso in modo significativo sulla qualità del soggiorno.
Considerata la situazione descritta, purtroppo non posso consigliare questo Hotel.

Very big pillows. If those pillows were normal pillows. Everything would be perfect at that stay.
Pros:

Everything was neat and clean.

Cons:

I didn’t like the pillows. Because of them I got stiff neck. It ruined my forward journey.
