Gute und solide Wahl mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Hier ist nichts herausragend, dafür alles sehr ok und solide auf der Durchreise - Zimmer, Frühstück, das freundliche Personal, die Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Es gibt in dem Sinne keine Minuspunkte. Die Lage im Messeviertel versprüht nicht so sehr den Innenstadt-Charme und könnte für München-Besucher etwas abgelegen sein.

Man hat alles was man braucht, Parkplätze ausreichend auch hinter dem Hotel verfügbar

Nice hotel fairly close to everything.
Pros:

Room and facility were good. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly, especially the two breakfast hostesses. After a very long travel to get to Munich, and arriving late at night when one is sleepy and exhausted, we both were taken aback when the elevator stopped at our floor. The lights on the floor were not on and the choice of carpet threw us off as to whether we were at our floor, or on the roof or in a basement. We thought that was funny. We would stay again if in Munich.

Cons:

Late at night it was difficult to find the hotel. Not much signage and in a commercial/warehouse area. Parking the first night was an issue, as they have limited space. We parked on the street all three nights.
