Pros:

Ne-a plăcut faptul că am putut face check-in mai devreme de ora 15:00. Camera a fost per ansamblu în regulă și curată. După ce am reglat temperatura din aerul condiționat, a devenit confortabil. Locația a fost potrivită pentru o ședere scurtă în München.

Cons:

Din păcate, am avut mai multe neplăceri legate de organizarea recepției. Inițial, ni s-a oferit o cameră în care erau deja alte persoane, iar ulterior am primit o altă cameră. La scurt timp după ce ne-am cazat, cineva a deschis ușa camerei noastre cu cheia, ceea ce a fost destul de inconfortabil.

Seara, la întoarcerea din oraș, nu am mai putut intra în cameră. La recepție ni s-a spus că în sistem nu apărea plata cash efectuată la check-in și nici modificarea camerei, fiind nevoie de clarificări suplimentare. Se pare că aceste detalii nu au fost introduse corect în program la momentul sosirii.

Consider că astfel de situații pot crea disconfort și ar fi necesară o mai bună organizare și comunicare între angajați.

Sauber, freundlich, preiswert.
Pros:

Sauberkeit, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Luft ist etwas stickig.
Die Fenster können nur gekippt und nicht geöffnet werden. Die Lüftung geht über die interne Klimatisierung. Eventuell liegt es auch an den Teppichböden, die überall verlegt sind.

Sehr schlechtes Hotel! NICHT zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Es gibt nichts was mir an diesem Hotel gefallen hat. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Personal bis auf einige wenige Ausnahmen unfreundlich. Das extrem kleine Zimmer wurde nicht geputzt obwohl wir bei der Ankunft nach Service gefragt wurden und wir bejaht haben. Auf der Bettdecke waren Haare und schwarze Fusel. Die Lage ist ohne Auto nicht besonders gut und die Umgebung abgeranzt. Das Frühstück war ok aber nichts besonderes. Definitiv kann ich von diesem Hotel nur abraten!
