Great room and location, had a very comfortable stay and nice views from the room. Staff were really lovely.
Pros:

Great room and location, had a very comfortable stay and nice views from the room. Very clean too.

Cons:

The only thing was it was a little understaffed. It was quiet but one person doing bar / food orders / check ins and check outs isn’t very fair on staff. But they were very lovely about it and we weren’t in a rush.

Comfortable for 1 night with enjoyable views at winter mid week discounted rate but not worth paying more than £87 &
Pros:

Location, views & authentic decor the best in town! Lovely staff.

Cons:

No hotter than luke warm water for shower/washing. Mould around shower tiles & tray not cleaned away. Toilet flush button was broken (loose) & centre small square flush button got stuck so water constantly flowed causing water noise - needs fixing. Blood stain on pillow case, eww! HouseKeeping needs better Management. No USB ports or USB adapter plugs (given age of building) provided which in this day & age is a necessity & this is a 4*?? No wardrobe but coat hangers hooked on a high basket shelf (I think meant for light luggage). Bar prices extortionate - double what you pay in London!

The perfect place to stay in Ramsgate.
Pros:

Location is right on the seaside looking out over the harbour. A beautiful view to wake up to each morning. The property is very old and very beautiful lovingly furnished by its owners. We had breakfast each morning which was delicious. Staff are amazing! Very friendly and looked after us well.

Cons:

Nothing, We had the perfect stay.

Great stay but needs a couple of adjustments
Pros:

Location

Cons:

The room was definitely value for money. I am mindful of the propertys age and location. However the room was was very cold, with a significant draft coming through the door. There were no additional blankets so we used our coats. And had to use towels to block the draft. I think if these small things could be addressed it would be a top score for everything.

Pros:

From the start and to the end of our overnight stay the staff were excellent and very accommodating.
The food in the restaurant at the hotel was superb and highly recommend.
Very clean hotel and definitely would go and stay again.
It was 10 out of 10.

Cons:

The only downside there was no lift and were three flights of stairs.

Lovely location and views but no breakfast included and needs some tlc
Pros:

Beautiful sea views and on the beach front.

Cons:

Not the selection of tea coffee only 2 and didn’t have a fridge for consumables. For the price before reduction would have liked a little few extras. One tiny pack of 2 biscuits to share.
The view from the bed was amazing but found out in the morning that the window was very dirty and had not been cleaned for some time so without having the window completely open the view was not great through a dirty window.

Very disappointed
Pros:

The bed was very comfy

Cons:

Pretty scruffy and uncared for. Paintwork scuffed and dirty …the desk chair was filthy
Certainly not the advertised delux room I was expecting at £211.00 without breakfast
So disappointing!!!!

Due to accessibility I would not stay again.
Pros:

Location and restaurant.

Cons:

For an accessible room the matress/bed was too high. A little bit noisy with traffic. Not a fully accessible room.
