A very pleasant stay. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Pleasant lake view from the property. Highly recommend.

Suggestion to property to clarify the hours when front desk is open, and only ask people to pre-arrange checkin if arriving outside of those hours. Registration fine print said to arrange checkin time 72 hours in advance. Communications received while trying to arrange this were unclear. Ultimately, we just showed up at the property around 1pm, hoping someone would be there. Indeed someone was there, and even let us checkin early since the room was ready, which was wonderful. Much appreciated! We enjoyed our stay.

The only thing I have to say did not meet my expectations and it was a huge downfall is internet, the 2 nights we stay we had no internet connection no cable or TV service, we kept asking and all we got is they had problems with connection (not a good answer, specially for the amount we paid for the villa). The property is in good shape and clean. Breakfast is good.

We like to get our place also the pool the only thing was one of the bathroom didn't work the shower beside that everything was good. I definitely get back to it.

Las instalaciones estan muy agradables. La alberca esta tibia pero muy agusto. El desayuno es muy bueno aunque no hay variedad. Lo unico que no me gusto es la apariencia del restaurante, el mobiliario esta muy por debajo de la decoracion del hotel

Presentan muy lindo en las fotografías y no es asi, el precio inicial era de menos de 1,200.00 y al cambiar la fecha de reservación me lo
Cobraron casi en 1,500.00
Ni de broma regreso a ese hotel.
