Staff were nice and accomodating helping with early check in.
Air con in room was loud so had to turn it off. Noise from the lift constantly keeping us awake. Buffet breakfast was poor. Soggy cold hash browns, tasted like powdered eggs, almost room temp bacon and sausages. Really needs some attention for the $35 per person.

Bathrooms looks a tad used (disabled bathroom)
Quiet and clean room. Comfortable bed. Staff were lovely and very easy check in. Overall a good stay and will stay again for future hospital appointments.
WiFi was quiet slow.
The room smelt very musty. The phone in the room didn't work so i had to use my mobile to phone through to reception, at one stage was on hold for 8 minutes. Had no clean towels on my second night when i got back to the room. All i wanted was a hot shower after a busy work day full of meetings, had no phone in my room, so the whole process to get towels took nearly half an hour. Your staff are lovely though
Water keeps coming out of the shower while showering, which makes the bathroom floor super wet.
When we arrived at our room, the front door was open with a portable fan on. I think it was attempting to dry out the carpet. Then we walked down to the reception, and they said they will send someone up to check, but never come.

The air conditioning was freezing 19.5 degrees and unable to warm with the fan/s positioned toward the beds and no immediate recompense or remedy from management.

Shower leaked all over floor in bathroom
I stayed 3 nights & ate at the restaurant each evening. The staff were so friendly & professional and my meals were excellent every night.
