Last minute booking, very comfortable & great location to hospital. Good value.

Cons:

Great place for a Short Stay. Service was fantastic
Pros:

The Room was clean and everything worked. Room service was exceptional as I was running late and they accommodated a meal even after the kitchen was closed.

A ‘new’ hotel, with great views of the lake. Suite was very roomy and had most of the appliances. Room nicely decorated

Location and parking. Close to shops and takeaways. Room was very spacious.

Cons:

Room cleaning not consistent, obvious rubbish was not taken away. No spare toilet paper was left and I had to go down to reception for more. On the 2nd day the bin in the toilet was not emptied. Bathroom basin semi blocked and bathroom fan not that effective and appeared to be blocked with dust/lint.
