Pros:

Really lovely room with great kitchenette...very well equipped. Firm beds with great pillows. Loved the heated underground parking.

Cons:

Stayed Dec. 21 to 27th. Expected no breakfast buffet on 25th and 26th but was not happy there was no breakfast buffet any day we were there even though the website advertised breakfast included. What was included was a cardboard container with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and tater tots. Cold. Microwave. Same breakfast every single day. Rubber eggs. After complaining a bowl of apples and oranges and yogurt were added. Should have been noted on website when booking.

Best Hotel Ever!!!
Pros:

This was one of the best hotels I have every stayed in! It was comfortable, quiet and the breakfast that is served is better than any I ever had! I highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

The only small thing that could have been improved was that the shower could have a better shower head but that is something so small and insignificant.

Pros:

Very good hotel with very good service. Clean, spacious, well decorated, full and very useful kitchen. Even a small.midroom at the entrance and dishwasher in the fully equipped kitchen. The only hickup was that they only check their mailbox 3 times a week but twll you that too late. If you have annufgent delovery it has to be by fedex or purolator.

Got one of the corner suites this time which was a treat - I enjoyed the door between the bedroom and the main area which was super quiet! I did find the beds in those less comfortable than the usual rooms so pick your battles :)

AC kept going on and off bothering my sleep, even tho while setting the fan to continuous, and it didnèt go below 60 if that would have keep it running. it kept getting little cool and hot, on and off. Pillows were very uncomfortable and high. Otherwise room was clean, food was good. But had very unpleasant sleep. No pool - i should have checked but it was high profile property so i assumed.

Pros:

The staff at Sawridge is excellent. You almost feel like you are at home with their friendly demeanour and helpfulness. The breakfast is very good with a nice variety of already prepared, and freshly made to order choices.

The rooms themselves are quite nice with big showers and a nicely appointed kitchenette. Be was comfy, though the AC in our room (327) was quite noisy.

Parking is plentiful, but be aware, you are a bit out of town and unless you eat at the hotel you’re going to have to drive.

We would definitely stay there again!

Definitely a good choice in Ft Mcmurray. A bit out of the way with no options for other restaurants except the one on the premises. However the breakfast is very good and lots of selections offered for a "to go" option including lunch.

Pros:

After check and key Passover we were informed no water the next day from 8 am until 6pm? What away to ruin a sleep in. This info should have been posted in advance as it’s seemed like a planned maintenance. Feel conned by Expedia. Definitely would have stayed somewhere with water!
