Hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly always there to help. Parking is behind building which is great with the main road right in front of the building. We stayed at 4 different hotels for our trip, this was the last one before heading home. Hands down nicest one of all.

Leaking pipe above us so we could hear water all night. Other than that room was clean and nice. Charged us for early check in when it was 20 minutes to 4 so that was disappointing but overall good stay

What a great little city and stay in Lacombe.
The hotel is a little hard to find if you stray off the GPS..lol but otherwise you will see the quick and easy off the hywy. Rooms were great but not cheap - is anything these days. Would stay again.

Staff were friendly, check in was easy and the room was very clean. Our shower never really got more than warmish and the pressure was not good but overall 4/5

A first stay at this property, but not my last. A few blocks off the main road into Lacombe, it's convenient to Hwy 2 as well as quiet. The elevators are speedy; the parking is ample and included. The rooms are nicely decorated. Tollers Bistro is a 4-minute walk and offers excellent food (also generous servings - pro tip).

Great experience, amazing area. Lacombe is a hidden gem.

Our great experience started when we walked in and were greeted immediately by the front desk staff. Check-in and out were both quick and knowledgeable.
Our stay continued with the staff always acknowledging our presence, providing goggles for the girls everytime we went in the pool. The room was well maintained and clean, and who doesn't love breakfast right at the hotel.
We came and went freely to shop, get food or just go for a walk. We totally enjoyed the onsite pool with slide and hot tub. AND the hotel was very quiet throughout our visit.
The only thing we disliked (no fault of the staff or establishment itself) was an incident that happened the night before our stay ended. There was a couple right outside our window in some type of domestic dispute. It startled my grnad-daughters, causing them some fearfulness and a little later sleep. We reported the incident to the front desk clerk. She was very good about dealing with the situation and apologized for the incident happening to us. She also talked with police on the non emergency line and was told that the police would check around the hotel throughout the night.
My one suggestion arising from the incident is that perhaps more security monitoring on that side of the hotel might lessen the likelihood of further incidents ( there is a skate/bike park on that side of the hotel). We are very thankful to the staff for their quick and professional responce to the incident. Thank-you and

It was quiet and serene! It had beautiful parks surrounding it! Just beautiful
