This staff did not seem to enforce or follow proper procedures for cleaning the rooms, customer privacy, and did not understand what is meant by being disrespectful or rude when inquiring about the different policies and procedures, which are the rights of citizens who stay at the hotel.

I did not like when inquiring about the difference policies and procedures of the hotel, being rudely asked to vacate the hotel. When I asked to see the security cameras to ascertain better, what they were speaking of, I was refused, and asked to vacate the properties and told that I was no longer welcome there.

One of the Best values I found on my 6 week trip from MI .129.00 Is a steal for this place ! I wouldnt venture too far away from the property though ,I went looking for Gas and lets just say that city is a bit sketchy .

Jacqueline the person who checked us in late in the day went far and beyond to take care of us. We are there because we have a relative at the trauma center and she understood our heart and feelings of being there. We recommend her for the employee of the YEAR!

The room was lovely, the breakfast was great with food variety. We made use of the fitness center which was good. We requested an early check in, and when we arrived the front desk waived the fee which was very kind. They also accommodated us leaving a day early due to changed plans.

The room type we reserved was not available. The hotel needs to be kept cleaner. After walking barefoot around my room for a few minutes the bottom of my feet were black. In the evenings, every inch of the hotel smells of marijuana. When we complained of this to the manager, they said there is nothing they can do about it.
