Pros:

Charming and welcoming Riad. Grounds are lush and maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with comfortable beds. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Cons:

Insufficient working power outlets. Wifi a bit tricky.

Pros:

Very close to the beach (200 m).
Nice garden and interior decoration. Good breakfast. Parking on the street in front. Medina is 1.8 km away, but nice stroll along the beachfront.

Cons:

We stayed im room no. 1 which has poor soundproofing to room no. 2. Fortunately, we had reasonably quiet neighbours.

Exceptional, unique, clean and great value for money. Feels like you are living in a palace with all the home comforts .
Pros:

Everything. Room was amazing - suite and balcony. Photos wouldn’t do it justice. Door unique and I think every room would be special no matter which one you chose. Pool and gardens a lovely calm oasis and very well kept. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing at all.

Trop calme, pas d'ambiance mais un cadre authentique et des meubles et zelliges magnifiques.
Pros:

La situation géographique est excellente par rapport à la plage.
Idéale également pour accès à Essaouira en taxis.
Le personnel est attentionné mais manque d'allant. Nos demandes, repas du premier jour, repas du dernier jour, n'ont pas été acceptées.
Ne comptez pas sur le restaurant, il vous faudra manger à l'extérieur.
Pas d'ambiance, bien trop calme même pour des clients de 65 ans !

Pros:

Location was very quiet and a lovely walk to the medina. Pool was a great way to relax after day sightseeing.

Location was excellent for Beech and The Old Medina, the title of the property ‘ Villa Quieta’ certainly lives up to its name we found it tranquil, peaceful even bird song by the pool

Cons:

To many Cats around the property and they certainly create an unpleasant scent around the Villa

Wonderful hotel with exceptional staff
Pros:

Villa quieta is an outstanding property in an enviable location outside the medina and across the road from the beach. The hotel feels like a living museum with tasteful furnishings, an excellent pool and lovely well kept gardens. The property benefits from exceptional staff support. All the staff were courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. In short, They can’t do enough for their guests! This is our fourth visit and we have already booked to return next year! Highly recommended!

Cons:

The breakfast, whilst lovely, remains the same every day. Not an issue if you stay for a few days, but a bit samey over a week. Other than that… absolutely nothing.

Imen, bien sûr, Attica, prévenante, aidante, toujours rayonnante, quant à la petite jeune femme du petit déjeuner... adorable, attentionnée, raffinée.
Bien évidemment, les messieurs ne sont pas en reste, et sont toujours intervenus avec gentillesse, discrétion et efficacité.
Voilà, un endroit magique, un lieu magnifique et très bien placé. Belle continuation à vous tous.

Une découverte d’un établissement incroyable

Nous avons séjourné à la Villa Quieta en couple et avons passé un séjour absolument incroyable. Tout était parfait, de l’accueil à la chambre, en passant par la piscine et le petit déjeuner.

La Villa Quieta est un établissement typique, magnifique et plein de charme. Le personnel est particulièrement attentionné, à l’écoute, serviable et toujours très accueillant.

L’emplacement est également idéal : à environ 20 minutes à pied de la Médina. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme du quartier, loin du bruit des voitures et de l’agitation, ce qui permet de vraiment se détendre après une journée de visite.

Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésitation !
