Un superbe séjour dans un endroit féerique au charme oriental.
Pros:

L’acceuil, la gentillesse et la discrétion du personnel.
Le magnifique mobilier, les décorations typiquement marocaines et la beauté des lieux.
Le calme.
La propreté extrême.
L’emplacement bord de mer et proche des restaurants.

Cons:

Les clients qui réservent leurs transats à la piscine dès le matin très tôt en déposant leurs serviettes et en n’arrivant qu’après le petit-déjeuner voire l’après-midi…mais c’est malheureusement le cas dans de nombreux endroits.

Stunning hotel but a bit lacking in professionalism.

Beautiful old palace, gardens lovely

Cons:

The staff seemed not very professional, could have been more attentive to details. Very kind but lacking. Room keys in reception allways out on table, anyone could have grabbed them. Reception staff buried in the phones. Towels for loungers at poolside had ro be fetched every day, should have been available on site. Would have been nice to have staff go rounds once in a while in the gardens and by the pool to offer drinks and water and fetch plates and glasses.

Un séjour de Princesse
Pros:

Cette villa est incroyable. La beauté des lieux, le personnel est extraordinaire: souriants, gentils, prêts à rendre service en restant discrets, d un professionnalisme exemplaire.
La villa est en plus super bien située: à 2 min à pied d une belle plage, à 15/20 min de la medina en longeant l esplanade.
Beaucoup de coins calmes et reposants à l’intérieur comme à l extérieur( dans un magnifique jardin)
Et la piscine est chauffée !!
Notre chambre était magnifique : baignoire, peignoir….
Possibilité de se restaurer de 12h à 20 h non stop.
Nous avons juste pris un encas en arrivant: excellent !
Tout était plus que parfait pour finir notre road trip .
Je me suis presque prise pour une princesse !

Bel endroit, très bien situé. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins. Piscine appréciable même si nous sommes à 2 pas de la plage. Bon pdj et repas. Bonne literie. Pot d'accueil très apprécié, merci beaucoup.

Rien, quelques petites rénovations seraient un plus.

L’emplacement en face d’une cité..Laissée sérieusement à l’abandon et qui dessert la villa. Le bruit des mobylettes tard le soir et la nuit .

A wonderful, relaxing break in a comfortable haven of beauty & tranquility

A gem of a boutique hotel in a great resort.
A real haven of tranquillity, like staying in a beautiful, peaceful little palace. Management & staff were all charming, kind & attentive.
Rooms well appointed with huge, comfortable beds & good quality linen. Spotlessly clean & obviously well cared for throughout.
Freshly prepared & generous breakfast of breads, pastries & fruit, with cooked eggs of choice available on request.
Lunch & snacks available all day were also very tasty.
Lovely pool & well maintained gardens with ample & varied seating options.
A nice 20 minute walk (or £1 taxi) along the seafront to the hustle & bustle of the ancient medina.
Several beach bars & restaurants across the road.
Highly recommend & would definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful & relaxing week.

Вилла очень красивая, с хорошим расположением. Завтраки вкусные, по запросу готовили омлет. Номер большой

Cons:

Комната, в которой мы жили была смежной с другим номером. Соседи постоянно пытались открыть смежную дверь. Так же наш номер выходил на сторону подсобного помещения и двери на кухню. Из кухни в номер тянулись неприятные запахи постоянно, а из подсобного помещения запах дыма от сигарет. Постельное белье было в жёлтых пятнах

Pros:

What a great location just across the street from the beach and only a short cab ride ($2) to the Medina. The villa is beautiful full of great pottery and gorgeous tiles. We had a small room, but it was fine.
There are plenty of public areas where you can just sit and drink tea and read.
