Pros:

休憩スペース、貸切露天風呂、部屋の清潔さと眺め
テラスな開放感といい景色が良かった
あとチェックイン前に荷物を預けた時部屋まで
持って行ってもらっているのはすごく助かった

Cons:

チェックイン前に荷物を預けに一度ホテルへ行き
タバコが吸いたかったので喫煙所ありますかと聞いたら
テラスで今は利用ができないと、少し融通が効かないかなと感じた
そのテラスもチェックイン後も24:00〜6:00まで閉まってしまうので喫煙者は少しキツかった（部屋がおそらく全部禁煙なので）
あとサイトにはNetflixなど動画配信サービスとあったが
Netflixは使えなかった

Good hotel close to the station
Pros:

Nice staff and big sized, comfortable room. close to the station
2 hot springs
A nice terrace

Cons:

Difficult to communicate with the staff as they only speak Japanese
You have to walk a steep path to reach the hotel which can be tough for some people

86歳苦行の旅！笑
Pros:

部屋が綺麗で部屋からの眺めもよかった！熱海の温泉も楽しめた。宿から駅までの送迎があるのも良かった。

Cons:

エレベーターがなく階段だった事。86歳の母を連れての旅行だったので、私のリサーチ不足(反省)。階段には消費カロリーが書いてあったり茶目っけがあってそれは良かった。

Beautiful property and helpful staff
Pros:

Wonderful location with outstanding views, within walking distance of the train station. I wish I knew more Japanese prior to booking, as the staff seemed uncomfortable with us not knowing more of the language. (I tried!) The room was incredibly spacious and beds were obscenely comfortable. Overall, would book this property again--once I know more Japanese. My thanks to the staff who truly tried to bridge our language gap. If you're fluent in Japanese, you'll have a terrific stay!

Pros:

確かに階段はありましたが事前に口コミで確認していたので問題はなかったです。部屋は少し狭かったですが綺麗で景色も良かったです。

Cons:

露天風呂にも貴重品を入れる金庫があっても良いのかなと。クレンジング、専願フォームもあると助かります。

Pros:

Staff are very helpful. The place is quite and relaxing. If the changing area at rooftop could provide more privacy, it'd be better. I skipped the rooftop hotspring because of this reason.

Cons:

the breakfast was terrible (cold food in a plastic bag), the shared bath was was tiny (more than two people couldn't fit in changing room), and there were nail clippings in our room

Pros:

熱海という土地柄仕方がないかもしれないが、公共駐車場が不足しており、平日にも関わらず、駐車場に入れられるまでホテル付近を２時間近く周回しました。また、グーグルマップに正しく反映されておらず、行き止まりの道に案内されてしまい、引き返すのに苦労しました。

地點在斜斜的山上，拖行李箱不好走路。有接送可約，店內也是樓梯多，很有特色，風景不錯。澡堂很好，細小的，可以接受。

Great place for a short break to the sea
Pros:

A very nice place to stay , just close to the railway station. Very practical when you come for a few days
The hotel is great , the bedrooms are spacious
Nice roof top and a nice sea view because the hotel is a little uphill .
At the reception they give you nice kimonos
You can enjoy the hot springs either the public or the private one

Cons:

The fact that the hotel does not have lift , but it is manageable because the stairs are wild .
We stayed on the third floor but It was ok because we did not have heavy luggage with us .
No coffee left at 9 am in the machine .
