Not happy.
Pros:

I got a receipt for $146+ and then the charge on my credit.card was.$157+. Why the extra charge? Please look into this matter.

Loved it cleaned friendly
Pros:

Staff was extremely understanding when we let them know our flight had been canceled and changed multiple times and we needed a room to where we could sleep to catch a 4am flight out of Des Moines the environment was very pleasant.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of is to have some time of breakfast a little earlier for guest that are leaving early I did see workers leaving. It can be something simple to grab and go.

Great Midwest Hotel
Pros:

We have stayed at the Cobblestone Hotel and Suites- Jefferson Iowa many times. The hotel is clean, employees are super polite and helpful. Check-in and check out is efficient, rooms are clean and the complimentary breakfast and coffee served in the lobby are superb! Will definitely stay there again !

Good time.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, shower had lots of pressure and good hot water, breakfast was as expected. I did not hear any noise from any other guests. staff was nice. close location to the casino, the food next door at the restaurant was convenient but slow, do not go in a hurry.

Pros:

The first night was fine; however, the second night we found out when my sister checked in that rooms will not assigned correctly. She was given a key to her assigned room but someone else had been checked into it earlier that day. The second room they gave her was also already occupied. 3rd time was a charm; however, it was a bit unnerving to think that someone could check into an already assigned room and go through our things etc. Didn't really feel safe leaving the room. Plus we didn't have enough to time to enjoy the pool it was so late by the time we got the mess straightened out. Normally I don't have any problems and enjoy staying there. However, I do miss the jacuzzi! :-)

Fantastic hospitality.
Pros:

Came to Jefferson for my mother’s funeral. Amanda at the front desk was aware and she and the rest of the staff were phenomenal. We were treated like we were at home.!
