Came to Jefferson for my mother’s funeral. Amanda at the front desk was aware and she and the rest of the staff were phenomenal. We were treated like we were at home.!

The location was good.
The booking listing shows there is a hot tub in the pool facility. They have covered the hot tub and there is no longer one there.
The breakfast was less than par. Eggs tasted like chalk. There was no other meat options, but the pork in the biscuits and gravy. The orange juice tasted like water. The coffee in the breakfast area was cold as well as the coffee by the front desk. The complementary cookies they advertised in the front office were never refilled.
At 5 AM we tried to shower and there was no hot water when informing the front desk. We were never apologized to just told they would tell a manager and we were hung up on. We did not have hot water until after 8 o’clock.
There was also no mention of the fitness center being closed for repairs during this time, and we only found out when we went downstairs to use it.
The hotel staff was welcoming and responsive to my few requests. The room was quiet, clean and well stocked. A perfect location for my trip to visit family and friends.

Awesome time everything I needed was either stocked in room or was a short distance away to get it. The night hours were very quiet and the breakfast was fantastic!!!!!
The room was amazing, service superb and the air great! The casino was a different story ... So full of cigarette smoke... unbearable. But the hotel itself...well done!
