Pros:

Great staff...very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

A/C unit didn't blow cold air...thankfully the room was comfortable in spite of that. Not a problem.

I used to go once a month will not be back after the way I was treated
Cons:

The staff was terrible very ignorant because they were busy which is not anyone’s fault she didn’t know how to manage her stress and the room was not clean found dirty cups, lids, and candy on the sides of the bed

Yes, yes, yes!!
Pros:

This will be my go-to hotel when I'm in this area. The rooms were exceptionally clean - like, I could smell the disinfectant when I walked in! I thought the bed was comfy, and even the sheets and towels smelled freshly clean. A++++ from me.

Cons:

Minor issue but the pressure in the shower wasn't the best (maybe I'm just spoiled at home?)
