Amazing and excellent experience!
This small boutique hotel in the charming Marylebone neighborhood is quite simply exceptional in every way. Moreover , the staff are incredibly helpful, kind and engaging and the overall vibe is a feeling not unlike staying with old friends.
The individuality and quirkiness. The bed was so comfy. Food was very good and the staff went above and beyond. Special thank you to Sam who really looked after us.
Nothing really. Maybe some hooks by the shower to hang a towel would be helpful.

It is a very beautiful hotel, amazingly furnished, small and intimate. Our room had a four poster bed with the union jack as the canopy, so you could literally lie back and think of England! The staff were extremely helpful and kind, bringing some delicious hot tea and honey to the room at bedtime as my wife had a headache. Generally, an exceptional place and an unusual pleasure.
It would have been nice if the continental breakfast, at least, was included in the price, which was quite understandably rather expensive, but that is not really a major complaint.
At the time of our visit, the television in the rom wasn't working, but personally I was happy with that as I don't like television!
Quirky, beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, great location, friendly and helpful staff.

We paid for breakfast which was over £50 for a small omlette, eggs Benedict, 2 oj's coffee and tea. All nice enough, but better value is easily available nearby.
There also was no well lit mirror in the room, which was a minor nuisance.
Design, decor, coziness
Everything. We were in a junior suite and the room was amazing. Brilliant interior style touches that just made it stand out from other hotels.
Area is wonderful and convenient.
room assigned: in the basement, dark, close to the kitchen, facilities and maintenance. I asked for an upgrade and it cost 200 pounds.
The cosiness of the hotel was a big plus and when we arrived, the hotel had a wonderful log fire burning. A welcome treat after getting completely soaked in torrential rain.
The breakfast waitress didn't write down our breakfast order and when it arrived it was incorrrect.
