Such a charming boutique hotel! The staff at Zetter Marylebone was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to welcome me and made my stay so memorable. A special thank you to Sam the bartender for terrific conversation and wine recommendation. My room was perfectly sized and comfortable. The location was so convenient to the Tube, buses and more. I really can’t say enough! I will be back soon!
Not one thing. I loved it.
Poor breakfast—coffee was bitter, porridge weak, toast overdone, took too long. Room was handicapped, which we’d not requested. No bathtub. Nothing in minibar as there used to be.
We were at the Zetter for our wedding nights and had the best time ever. We were very well looked after by all the staff and couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thank you!!
Our stay was sublime, from the moment we stepped in we were taken care of and made to feel like it was a home rather than a faceless hotel
Nothing, it was perfection
It felt very 'English' as opposed to a more sanitised international place. So an extension of an excellent London experience. Room small but everything so carefully thought out and considered it did not feel cramped. Details considered from lighting, taps to hot water bottles and at the front, filled with interesting 'stuff' and a fabulous bar.
This place was so charming. Both the staff and the property. It truly felt like home.

This small boutique hotel in the charming Marylebone neighborhood is quite simply exceptional in every way. Moreover , the staff are incredibly helpful, kind and engaging and the overall vibe is a feeling not unlike staying with old friends.
The individuality and quirkiness. The bed was so comfy. Food was very good and the staff went above and beyond. Special thank you to Sam who really looked after us.
Nothing really. Maybe some hooks by the shower to hang a towel would be helpful.
