Pros:

A very pleasant old-fashioned hotel on the seafront. Staff welcoming and helpful. Rooms clean, comfortable and quiet. Restaurant menu interesting. Cooked English breakfast very good indeed with top quality ingredients.

Die Location war großartig und geht kaum
besser. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, wirklich schön. Bahnhof und Zentrum nicht weit entfernt.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ein Juwel, um den sich niemand ausreichend kümmert. Das Management macht hier einiges falsch! Es könnte so ein charmantes Hotel sein, macht aber leider einen sehr geizigen und teilweise schlampigen Eindruck (Reinigung der Zimmer nur alle 3 Tage, bei unserem 5 Tage Aufenthalt wurde komplett auf die Reinigung „vergessen“ trotz unsere Nachfrage!), Menükarten beim Frühstück haben schon sehr viel bessere Tage gesehen, übervolle Mülleimer am Buffet,…

Pros:

Had a wonderful Easter lunch with family, seven of us including 3 year old. The hotel made us very welcome, the food was wonderful and service and friendliness excellent, nothing was to much trouble, would highly recommend lunch have been for lunch a few times and the food and service always first-class.
