駅近で過ごしやすいホテル
Pros:

昨年末も泊まって、便利だし駐車場が広く利用しやすかったので、また宿泊しました。
お部屋も広く、バスルームも広く、清潔で過ごしやすいお部屋です。
朝食も和洋選べて良かったし、鯛めしやうどんも食べることができて土地の名物も堪能できて満足しています。
四国を巡る旅で洗濯がしたかったので、ランドリースペースがあったのもよかったです。

Cons:

冷蔵庫が少し古いのか音が大きくて寝る時気になりました。
（駅の近くのためか耳栓がグッズスペースで手に入ったのでよかったですが）

Definitely value for money
Pros:

Good size room with comfortable bed. There is a guest lounge on the 2nd floor where the laundry is, so you can enjoy complimentary coffee/tea while waiting for your clothes to be washed. Located directly in the train station. Easy access to train services and shopping/dining options nearby.

Cons:

It would be wonderful if the TV can be upgraded to include Netflix and Youtube options.

The female staff at reception were absolutely kind, friendly, professional and helpful.

Cons:

Younger male employee at the reception one gave us clear signs that he's annoyed. We asked a few times in regards to sending our luggage to our next stop and the "ugh" was loud and clear every time. Was our first time sending luggage so obv no clue how it works. Overall a very nice stay, but maybe provide a bit more customer service to the male employee

田舎に帰った気分。
Pros:

10年来、毎年ゴルフに行く時のホテルに利用してます。フロントの対応がまず他のホテルと段違い。安心して、いろいろお願いしてます。もちろん無理なこともありますが。いざと言う時の対応は近所に住んでる親類みたいです。

Cons:

アメニティは、もう少し簡素でもよいかなと。歯ブラシを初め、なるべく自分で持参してますので。

Well located and good room confort - good customer service at checkin
Pros:

localisation ideale, arret bus (airport, city) juste devant l'etablissement , 10 min a pied du telepherique- chambre assez spacieuse pour stocker beaucoup de bagages - produits hygiene et bains a la reception - the lady at checkin did her best to accomodate my request for quiet room (away from station) even if it meant to change my room type

ここに泊まれて、良かった。最高！
Pros:

とにかく駅に隣接してロケーションが良いです。
どこに行くのも、食事をするのも便利なホテルです。
それでいて、落ちついた雰囲気でした。
朝食つきでしたが四国の名物も用意されて、
大変美味しかった。

アメニティのハブラシがやや使いにくい？くらいで他は感じません

Pros:

室内清掃のスタッフさん。
清掃中に部屋に戻ってしまいましたが嫌な顔ひとつせず作業を中断して、快く通して下さいました。
清掃もしっかりと行って頂き、とても快適でした。

観光や食事などに利便性が高く凄くリーズナブルな価格で大満足でした
Pros:

阿波おどり会館まで歩いて15分ぐらいであり、駅近で買い物などの利便性が高く、価格も極めてリーズナブルでありました。

Cons:

朝は駐車場まで直結で行けないため雨の日は荷物を持っての移動はちょっと不快でした。
