Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, que guardan el equipaje, sin problemas, gratis. Y la cercania del hotel con la zona centro.
Además ofrecian desayuno.

Cons:

Algo de renovación en el baño o bien mobiliario del dormitorio, estaria bien.

Ci siamo trovati bene, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Molte recensioni negative sono esagerate.
Pros:

Eccellente la posizione rispetto al centro città, situato in una piazza tranquilla e in quartiere sicuro. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo, pulizia delle lenzuola adeguata. Stanza piccola ma confortevole. Possibilità di avere la pulizia della camera giornalmente, reception attiva h24. Comunicazione con la struttura efficace ma essenziale.

Cons:

Pulizia sommaria in alcune aree della stanza (termosifoni, sotto al letto), stanza tendeva ad essere calda, perfetta per l'inverno ma da considerare per l'estate.

Definitely i would not go back

Cons:

It was noisy, I could hear the lift, and a constant thumping, the room was bit rundown, the window was dusty, walls painting coming off. On my 2nd day I had to ask
For the big towel to be changed as I was given one with a hole and stains and a face towel, which was not provided.
Breakfast could have been a bit richer with options
Staff quite complacent and plain. They did not offer additional help, any warmth or interest in the stay or enquiry if I needed any information or guidance in going around. On my leaving, there was no offer of a taxi, even though the station was at walkable distance, it would have been nice to be asked.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant et on entend tout. Pas de serrure à la porte de la salle de bain. Pas de tisane pour l'accueil et le bouilloire non disponible , à demander à l'arrivée.
