It works not that bad
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly. James the manager was very friendly and welcoming.The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The bathroom tub fault dripped and dripped ..The bath tub needs to be replaced old/stains and rust The wall behind the door was a cracked ..Sheets had some stains from nail polish. I didnt notice until the last day checking everything .The toilet was wobbly itself and looked like they tried to fix the toilet seat as well ..The door to come it gets stuck trying to get in and we had to make sure leaving we closed it didnt close by itself ..Overall not that bad will stay again if we are out this way ..The price was very responsible so I didnt expect a 5 star hotel

Clean, comfy, affordable hotel with fabulous breakfasts.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, affordable, with the best breakfast bar I've ever seen anywhere! Eggs, 2 types of sausage, biscuits, sausage gravy, oatmeal, 3 types of cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, donuts, juice, yogurt, pretty much the works. Free wifi, soft comfy beds, great price too. Our room (and the hallways as well) were kept spotlessly clean and tidy. We stay here every year after a local summer event, and are quite glad they're here. The area is quiet, too, and conducive to a restful sleep.

Cons:

There's little they could improve here! Our shower's nozzle didn't want to send much water to the shower, and most of the water went out the bathtub spout in room 260, but this is a minor quibble. (I suspect it's on the maintenance list and will be repaired before too long.) Love this hotel!

Pros:

Decent place to crash for a night, but I wouldn’t hold your horses on staying much longer than that. For the price point, I think there are better options available.

I didn’t end up trying the free breakfast, so can’t really comment on that. Overall, it did the job for a one-night stay, but I’d probably look elsewhere if I were staying longer.

Cons:

The rooms could definitely be bigger, and unfortunately there was a noticeable cigarette smell, which wasn’t ideal. Glad I only stayed for a night

It was just ok for the price. Online reviews were optimistic.
Pros:

Breakfast was at the standard of most similar hotel/motel offerings and decent. Location is good. Room comfort is acceptable. TV quality is minimally ok. Some repairs to the walls were being done so that's a good sign.

Cons:

Condition of the room was not good. Really in need of renovations or wall repair at least. Well worn, scratched, chipped and marked almost everywhere. Looked pretty shabby overall and a redo looks long overdo. Room heating/cooling had trouble staying at the selected temp.
