Thumping loud music in parking lot by hotel workers.
Pros:

The check in desk staff are great!

Cons:

The Mexican workers that apparently live and work there were in the parking lot playing thumping loud music that permeated our room and I'm sure all of the rooms on the side we were staying in. The desk staff had them turn the aggravation off after me calling the front desk twice. Also in the morning one of them had their phone playing so loud at the breakfast station you couldn't even hear the TV news in the area. The desk staff had to walk over and tell him to turn it off. Won't be ever staying there again because of this unpleasant nuisance.

Very nice staff. Needs a few improvements.
Pros:

Very Kind staff. For the most part comfy and clean. Good location.

Cons:

The gym facilities could improve. It’s a prior bedroom made into a gym. You should provide water and towels in there. I was thankful there was coffee but it was watered down. Our sheets were stained. Yikes. They shouldn’t be used if they aren’t clean. Our bathroom door didn’t lock.

Have stayed here before and thats why i returned

Cons:

Continental breakfast needs some work , the scrambled eggs tasted like they were from a powdered mix and the breakfast sausage links looked like they were boiled , all other aspects of breakfast were good , coffee was great .

unstable bed when sat on corners of bed at foot in Rm. 176. Would have liked two chairs to sit in while watching TV in room.

Loved it, stay there every time I come to Pa
Pros:

Every staff is so nice and treat you with respect, James is very nice, he will try and answer any question you may have.

Cons:

Only thing I would say is the coffee needs to be checked at night it wasn’t very hot and could tell it was there a while.

The staff were very nice and friendly

Cons:

The room was a dumb. Everything was disgusting. Its smelled like mold. The sheets had stains. The bathroom was digusting with stains on everything and just wasnt clean at all.
