Schöner Pool, nettes Zimmer. Keine Reinigung während des Aufenthalts, wenig Ausstattung (kein Spüli, kein Stöpsel an der Spüle, begrenztes Toilettenpapier, Klimaanlage funktioniert nur in der Küche, im Schlafzimmer defekt) ansonsten sehr schönes Ambiente, alles sehr freundlich, Pool sehr sauber, kleine Schönheitsreparaturen wären erforderlich.

Spacious apartments a couple of kilometres away but not directly in the nature.
Communication around the extra fees could be better. Having to pay extra for bed sheets and towels, as well as needing to put them ourselves was a first for us.

Terrible experience all round. Bad bed sheets, charged extra for towels and then brought two towels short - asking us to ‘adjust’ till the next day.

Double bed was actually two single mattresses with a high seam running through the middle.

Cherry on top was that shower cubicle door was missing, they gave us a mop to clean up after each shower!! For a family of 4 with 2 kids.

By the way there is no private beach as shown on a few websites. They do have a nice and clean pool.

AVOID if you can, I went there as part of a group booking and am never going to let any of my friends or family stay here.

We had a lovely time, the apartment was clean tidy and we'll appointed. The staff were lovely, they left us to it, but when we needed anything the were polite, attentive and helpful. As long as you have a car the location is superb, close to beautiful beaches but also close to the mountains for those looking for a more active holiday. We will be back!

Très belle établissement avec de spacieux appartements à 5m du centre de Budoni. Personnel très accueillant et disponible le top ;-)

Stayed here with my husband for only 3 nights of the 7 that we booked ..... The location is ok as its up in the hills around residential properties so away from the "tourists", you will need a car to get around if you want to explore/go to beach etc. At first glance when we arrived I thought the apartment was ok, basic but served the purpose for a budget holiday. However after doing a food shop we returned back to find we didn't have a kettle in the "fully equipped kitchenette"!!! We could understand not having a toaster or microwave as there was a full size oven/hob/grill but no kettle seemed strange, I asked the staff to be told that none of the apartments had kettles in them (they had a kettle on a shelf behind the bar but never offered this) so we had to heat our water in a pan to make tea/coffee. The bed was really uncomfortable - you could feel the springs through the mattress and it gave me sore hips whilst trying to sleep. There was a really heavy top sheet on the bed which looked like it had not been cleaned. After having a shower I thought I had not washed properly but it turned out the bath towels smelt like stale sweat and had not been washed properly before being given to us. We couldn't sit on the sofa(bed) as the slats fell through, we tried to put these back but there was no way we could get them in - this had obviously happened to previous occupants too. The "restaurant" serves only sandwiches and the bar does not serve fizzy drinks, only alcohol and coffee. We didn't use the pool so can't really comment although there was a yellow ring of "something" all around the water line, there were plenty of sunbeds though! We booked another hotel and was happy to leave .... Very displeased that when we checked out we were charged €40 cleaning fee ..... This was not on our paperwork but what makes it worse is the previous guests would have paid this "cleaning fee" and our room was not pleasant at all! I would not recommend this hotel and I can't understand why there were so many good reviews as I expect cleanliness even on a budget!

The residence is located approx 6 km. from Budoni center and the beautifull beaches of Budoni, in a peacefull area overlooking both sea and hills. Friendly and very helpfull staff, only italian speaking. Clean and big appartments. Very reasonable prices, also in the bar, which offered coffe and drinks until late in the evening. This little residence, with only 19 appartments is ideal for both family with small and younger children. We will go back.
