Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham Tioga

the room was dirty, floor was wet everywhere. complained about noise several times and got no resolution. currently fighting with them because i booked a different hotel, and they don't want to refund me. i advise booking early enough to avoid this hotel in Tioga, or just drive from Stanley or Williston.

I loved that it wasn’t hard to be checked in, everything was clean and tidy except for the microwave- there was left over cheese or something on the glass tray. One of the house keepers helped find my phone and brought it out to me so that was very sweet!

Breakfast hours were earlier than we like

The breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. The elevator was broken and they put us on the fourth floor. We needed a first floor room.

We had a safe comfortable stay at your motel, would stay again if we come back to your area

There was a problem when we arrived. Our room ( 2 beds and handicapped accessible) we had reserved was given to a previous couple, so the 1st night we had a 1 bed, not accessible room. Jody was wonderful and apologized for the inconvenience and we had the room the next day when the couple left.

Staff was really friendly check in was easy and fast

The hotel was clean and they always have a great continental breakfast with waffles and a main hot food, and staff was friendly and courteous.

Good food options, waffles and a hot option and several cold options, juice machine really broke down, but it was a quiet and comfortable stay. Very polite staff.

On the second day, someone accessed my room while I was sleeping. Let the front desk know and they did not seem overly bothered by the incident.

For about a week the people above my room were very loud past 10 pm and the front desk did not seem to care that much about enforcing quiet hours.

Night staff are amazing

Have stayed here a few times for work. Great place to stay. The coffee in the main breakfast area could use improvement other than that a great place to stay for the price.

We had read you were a prodigy facility on your site. So we reserved a room. The day before we were to arrived we were sent an email saying you were not and we would be charged an additional fee of $295 and would be denied the ability to stay. Not very friendly.

Had a plugged drain in bathtub. I Let front desk know, and it was fixed by the time I returned to the room that evening.
Thank you for getting it cleared in a prompt manner.

The TV did not work real well. One of the lights in the bathroom did not work. The sink faucet is not fastened down. The guest washing machine and dryer apparently was out of order but the desk receptionist said she would do laundry for $10.
