I’ve had better stays here, but there’s always a next time
Pros:

The bar as always the bartender is always friendly and kind and offers a great experience the front desk as always courteous the manager on duty was patient and attending to my needs and the room
As always was exceptional

Cons:

The hostess for the restaurant was extremely rude. I’ve never dealt with that in the seven years I’ve been going to that hotel. I simply inquired about the portion of the desert because I’ve had it numerous times in the summer there and was given a very haute and judgmental attitude.So rather than argue, I asked for a secondary piece and was basically ignored she walked away from the podium back into the kitchen. Was there for several minutes, never came back so instead I went to the bar decided to return the dessert and instead just take a drink, the body shaming from the hostess was absolutely disgusting.

Also the extreme noise well into and throughout the night slowly ceasing after 4:10am

Lovely ---- will definitely stay again!
Pros:

Lovely, boutique-ish style hotel. Nice decor, comfortable bedding, roomy lobby for lounging. Good drinks at the bar. Close to downtown Nyack. Convenient, free parking.

Cons:

The bath towels were disappointing. Why put super cheap towels in that nice bathroom?
