Normally staff there was amazing I did encounter the hostess she was different from the hostess I’ve met in the past she was extremely rude and very demeaning I’ve never experienced that n all the years I’ve visited this establishment
Unfortunately there was a gathering in the room below me and it was so bad bc I had a flight in the morning and at 3 am up to a qtr to 5 they were dragging furniture it just mad no sense the constant banging and carrying on I thought the zoo was in town 🙄
The style of the motel

The property was fine and included covered parking but nothing special about it at all.
The staff was mostly disappointing and acted like the guest were a bother to deal with but what was most concerning was the noise in the room. There was a sweet 16 party happening in the ballroom and our room, on the second floor, was directly above the ballroom and we could hear the music as if it was playing loudly in our room. Management should avoid having guest stay in room directly above the ballroom if an event is happening.
I checked in and was assigned a room that had some man’s clothing still in it and the noise from other guests was out of control. I moved rooms for the second night I stayed thinking it would resolve the issues of cleanliness and noise. Unfortunately - The guest next to me was smoking cigarettes all night. I didn’t sleep either nights.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Very good coffee, convenient location, amenities were as promised.
The "river view" room was really a I-87 view room; very noisy, although that didn't bother me that much. The sound bleed from other rooms was noticeable, though, and in a hotel should not be an issue. A friend arranged a room-service plate for me that was not correct (had meat, I'm vegetarian) and not labeled.
