Very nice! Will definitely stay again when in te area.
Pros:

Good variety of food for breakfast.

Cons:

The hot tub was not in service. Had to upgrade our room to one that included a whirlpool. Thank goodness one was available!

Was Very disappointed that hot tub not working. Had been looking forward to that during cold and snowy weather. Pool area felt chilly as well.
Room was cleaned but mattress/pillows felt uncomfortable.
Staff pleasant.

our stay was very nice. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Very happy hot tub worked!
Pros:

Breakfast was so good the poor lady on duty could not keep up! Most staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was easy to get to and easy to get out of. Swim pool and hot tub were very clean and hot tub worked. Room was clean, toilet and shower also.

Cons:

More breakfast. We had to wait in between batches of hash and eggs. Better coffee in the hotel rooms.

Pros:

Clean hotel and rooms, comfy beds, very nice pool area open till midnight for adults. A few nice pubs and restaurants within a few minutes drive from the hotel. Breakfast could be a bit better, but basically similar to other places that offer one. Really nice place for a price paid.

Comfortable room, clean, great location. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

Kind of awkward layout of our room -- long and narrow, and a bit dim for the lighting. Our family member's room with a couch was a more streamlined layout.

The very young receptionist took our suggestions about finding us another room when the room we booked was unacceptable.
Pros:

Quiet location close to Mount Horeb with easy parking.

Cons:

There was a strong chemical smell in the room which we could smell from the hallway. There had been a wedding at the hotel the day before we arrived and it smelled like a nail salon in our bedroom.

Experience left me with a strange feeling.
Pros:

THE BREAKFAST WAS TYPICAL OF HOTEL OFFERINGS. The hotel was in a great location for us and easily accessed. The facility was very clean. The pool open until midnight!

Cons:

The staff was not friendly - almost afraid to speak to us. An outgoing staff would have really made this hotel outstanding. At checkin the lady appeared from the back room and then we never saw her again that evening. Sometimes a bell is not enough. Also, I should mention that the hotel was almost vacant ... This was not a warm fuzzy experience in Mt Horeb.
