Pros:

Location was excellent as it was close to the train station and the tram system.The A/C was also very good and the room was several storeys high and with a balcony we had a good view of the city.Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No kettle for making coffee or tea, plus no iron either. No fridge in the room which would have been nice to store items in the very hot weather.The toilet was situated in a separate area of the room, which was in a small cupboard and you had to leave the door open to sit on the toilet as there wasn't room for your legs to close the door.

Staff were friendly (even had candy at check in & in room); had an elevator unit fits 2 people or one with large luggage; view from window; close to supermarket

Custo benefício, mas atenção no tipo de quarto reservado!

Boa localização e funcionários simpáticos e prestativos

Cons:

Quarto muito apertado. Todas as imagens do booking mostram quartos amplos e confortáveis, apenas a última imagem mostra o quarto mais simples. Logo, reservei o quarto acreditando na maioria das imagens que tinha visto. Porém, um dia antes do check in fui notificada que o quarto reservado era o ‘budget’, ou seja, o da última foto no anúncio. Conclusão: não tinha vaso sanitário dentro do quarto, era um cubículo com uma triliche, uma pia e um chuveiro minúsculo improvisado (detalhe: tenho 1.60m)

Location is perfect! The center of Geneva! I didn't expect it to be so central. Stuff was very kind and nice! I would definitely go again as soon as I had chance! Best experience in Geneva.
