Fajn místo
Pros:

Vše bylo čisté, personál moc milý, okolí a vybavení krásné ( hlavně pláž, bazén), ale nebylo moc dalších možností kde posedět, dát si kávu a něco dobrého, loby bar: jídlo spíš vysoká cena, městečko působilo celkově až ,,prázdné,,🤷‍♀️

Csodás, igényes, szép helyen lévő szálloda.
Pros:

Csodás helyen, nagyon szép szálloda. Igényesség jellemzi és figyelmesség a vendégekkel szemben. A szobák tágasak, jó minőségű bekészítés. Rendkívül kedves, segítőkész személyzet, finom ételek. Nagyon jó a Portopiccolo beach, ahol jól lehet strandolni a Tivoli partszakaszán.
Párommal voltunk, de esélyes majd egy családi nyaralás is, mert Tivoli és a hely is nagyon tetszett.

Cons:

Talán a parkoló sorompójánál lehetne az ajtónyitó kártyát használni, nem kellene mindig becsengetni. Kifelé pedig nyílhatna automatikusan a sorompó. Ez nem probléma, csak talán kényelmesebb lenne.

Zimmer war sehr geräumig, gute Betten

zum Aperitiv und nach dem Abendessen war nichts los, keine Menschen da
Die Putzfrau, welche das Zimmer gemacht hat, war nicht sehr ordentlich-Gläser am Balkon nicht abgeräumt, Oberflächen nicht sauber abgewischt

Entspannung, schöne Natur, top Hotel, freundliche Angestellte
Pros:

Die Lage in Portopiccolo ist traumhaft. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich, vor allem Michele, Alessandra, Vanessa und Roberto sind extra zu erwähnen, was die Freundlichkeit betrifft. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und der Blick aufs Meer sensationell.

Cons:

Leider trifft man dort oft auf Hotelgäste, die sehr affektiert sind und alles, was das Hotel wirklich super macht, trotzdem bemängeln. Diese Menschen haben verlernt, das Schöne im Leben wahrzunehmen und wollen immer nur mehr. Dabei sind sie oft ungerechtfertigt beleidigend den sehr fleißigen Angestellten gegenüber. Das ist für die übrigen (normalen) Hotelgäste unangenehm.

Das Licht im Außenbereich am Balkon kann am Abend und in der Nacht nicht abgeschaltet werden. Es brennt bis spät in die Nacht hinein. Wenn man den Vorhang nicht zuziehen möchte, blendet und stört das Licht beim Schlafen.

Ein rundum schöner Urlaub
Pros:

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage die fast keine Wünsche offen lässt. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und fleißig. Erstklassige Restaurants und schöner Beachclub.

Cons:

Das erstklassige Frühstück endet leider schon um 10:00 Uhr. Sollte besser bis min. 11:00 Uhr sein.
Das Wifi ist im Beachclub für Arbeit am notebook leider zu schwach.

Alles in Allem haben wir es uns schön gemacht und es gibt für das Hotel - noch Luft nach oben und einige Verbesserunge

In der Harbour Bar gibt es Mittags Kleinigkeiten zu essen - allerdings keine Karte - haben uns einen Caesar Salat bestellt - nun es war alles andere als ein Caesar Salat - Salat dürfte auch schon ein paar Tage die Küche gesehen haben - widerlich - Die Trinkbecher sind zerkratzt - kaputt - für ein 5 * Haus total unangebracht
Die Preise an der Harbour bar sind überzogen
Die Schirme am Pool sind dermaßen schwer aufzumachen - und Hilfe und Service kaum vorhanden

Besonders störend ist die Beleuchtung des Hotels - Licht auf der Terrasse ist nicht zum ausschalten - geht um 1 h nachts aus
