Auris Hotel

Property very attractive. Small but comfortable room. Well located. Staff attentive and helpful.
Some of the minor negatives. Lack of elevator in 2nd building not mentioned anywhere. No Kleenex in room. Had to request more toilet paper since only one roll was supplied for a 2 night stay.

What a lovely stay. Lovely room, beautiful bathroom. Car parking limited, but managed to get on site. Friendly staff, great breakfast! Would stay again

Very clean and easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. The breakfast was complementary and it was superb. During our stay, weather was very hot and the swimming pool was a welcome addition. Very memorable stay.

Fabulous room, huge, comfortable bed. Superb rooftop restaurant, serving delicious food. Disappointed with breakfast, scrambled eggs made from powder mix, however there is an egg station which we noticed later. Arrived early and wasn't offered the room, (hardly any occupancy due to Covid), so went for a walk to mall next door. Returned and still had to wait but when we started to fall asleep on the settees in the waiting area, we were allowed to check in 15 mins earlier... overall, an excellent hotel stay, albeit under average receptionist.

Horrible, avoid at all costs until construction next store ends, you better be up by 7am. the AC also wasn't turned on for the season which means sleeping in 75 degree F heat.

Szép, tiszta szálloda. A 3 ágyas szoba tágas, nagy terasszal Udvarra néző szobában csend van. Belváros egy lépésre.
A reggeli elsőre úgy tűnik, hogy kevés, de valójában minden van ès jó minőségű.
Mi meg voltunk elégedve

Már második alkalommal szálltunk meg itt, most is minden rendben volt. A Hotel dolgozói kedvesek, segítőkészek, figyelmesek voltak. Nagyon közel van a nevezetességekhez kb 5 perc séta a Szegedi Dóm.

Horrible management!We book the”family appartement with balcony” for 135€ and in reality we get some appartement with 2 bedrooms(we was only two of us) look like a cheap motel with dirty carpets which actually is with 50€ more chipper than we payed..We ask the receptionist why is this happened and can we talk to the manager...But manager was not available...Pity..For other costumers:Be careful what you pay for and what you will get!

Fantasztikus hely, végtelenül kedves a személyzet, nagyon tiszta nagyon szép mindenhol, csendes helyen de mégis közel a belvároshoz helyezkedik el.

Lovely hotel, outstanding staff. Gorgeous design and unexpected amenities such as a swimming pool in a lovely garden. The terrace in our room was truly amazing. Only the wifi signal was weak. Very well located in the hidden gem of a city that is Szeged!

A recepcion dolgozók segítőkészek, kedvesek voltak. Az éjszakai recwpciós kedves, igazi szállodai iparban dolgozó volt, fiatal kora ellenére. A parkolási lehetőség jó volt, egy barátságos szálloda és személzte volt Szegeden. Legközelebb ezt a szállodát választom.

Clean and spacious room with excellent air conditioning. Friendly and helpful receptionist, very close to great cafes, restaurants and sights. A swim in the pool was appreciated on the very hot day.

The hotel is quite new, clean and quite. Close to the centers for train station.

4 csillagos szállodában furcsa volt a tusfurdo hiánya (csak szappan bekeszites), ezt kárpótolta a pazar és naponta változó reggeli kínálat. A szoba, ágy kényelmes.
Belváros, 10 perces kényelmes sétával megközelíthető. Az udvarban/ parkolóban található medence június elején még nem volt feltöltve.

clean, no restaurant but decent walk to the local town. Right next to hospital where I was working. Lovely and clean.
