Pros:

If possible to get a refund in this location, as the room was very dirty, smells like urine we even brought our own albatross just to get by but we cannot stay anylonger and we checked out at 4am as the noise was unbearable. It started 10pm and did not even stopped until we checked out. Terrible experience hoping that this review improves their business.

You get what you pay for. Staff are friendly and courteous. The only thing I didn't like was they keep turning off the power in the room. Water pressure was teribbke.

The staff are very accommodating but the place is dirty the room is not peoperly clean there are cockroaches everywhere the beddings is very old and dirty

Pros:

It's a typical Philippines cheat rate motel, no hot water but staff was very friendly. If your not accustomed to lifestyle in a third world country, this is not the place for you. If your a world traveler looking for cheap, I could recommend this place. If your old and don't do stairs, this is definitely not your motel. So keep in mind, just because it's in the name, it's not really for pension people.

Positive: good location for intended purpose, great amenities, new annex building, friendly staff.
Negative: No lifts, leaking tap, bad bathroom design, noisy, no telephone in room, poor tv reception, noisy aircon, bed bug

the place is budget friendly.. very helpful and accomodating staff esp the front desk and housecleaning staff.. the room we stayed in for two weeks was room 302A at the third floor and it was satisfying..if ur not so sensitive i think ull like the place..

Pros:

I had a solo bed in a room with fan (Room 517) But windows are locked and it was so hot. I struggled with heat, reported to staff and were very helpful in opening the windows. Had a better air from outside coming in. Managed to get some sleep.
