宿泊当日にこちらのサイトから予約しました。
ところが、到着してしばらく待たされた後、予約した部屋はないと言われました。
別の大きな部屋ならあるということで、仕方なくそちらをお願いして現金で支払う際に、
予約の部屋はキャンセルしてほしいと言われました。
言われた通りにキャンセルしたかったのですができなくて、
後日、hotels.comさんにも対応してもらいましたが、
「残念ながら元々は返金不可の特別プランで予約をいただいており、
無料キャンセルも返金も如何なる条件にても応じられない」
とのことで、実際は宿泊料金をだまし取られました。

代わりとして入った部屋は螺旋階段を延々と登った4階にあり、
入ったらもう外出することができないほど疲れました。
設備はそこそこ年期が入っていて、まぁそれなりです。

結局、すぐにチェックアウトして他のホテルに移りました。

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. This place is very convenient and food are plenty nearby. Downsize is without lift but staffs are friendly to carry luggage up.

Anscheinend war das gebuchte Zimmer schon belegt, weswegen wir in das Nachbarhotel mussten.

Das erste Zimmer haben wir abgelehnt, da komplett verschimmelt. Das zweite sah auf den ersten Blick besser aus. Allerdings hat sich auch hier massenhaft Schimmel am Duschvorhang breitgemacht.

Die Fenster waren so dünn, dass man das Gefühl hatte mitten in der draußen stattfindenden Party zu stehen. Die Betten waren die schlechtesten in ganz Vietnam. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Centre ville touristique. Juste un peu bruyant en Ext. Propreté parfaite, accueil chaleureux et efficace.

The staff was nice and the hotel is conveniently located to a major bus hub. The only thing I could complain about was the loud music blaring from the nearby bars.

Além de subir quase a escadaria da Penha, no primeiro dia o banho foi gelado, e a explicação foi que não houve sol.
O atendimento foi maravilhoso, algumas dicas de passeios, e a localização, para quem gosta, com vários bares perto, alguns com preços bem justos.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time at Vinh Chung. Happy made our stay comfortable and easy. We got a trip to the Cu Chi tunnels made at the hotel for a good price.
Our room was nice and clean - the sink was leaking and we told the staff and it was fixed, good and fast service.
We also booked a taxi at the hotel for the airport for a good price.

The staff at hotel is amazing and really do what they can to make your stay perfect. If we return to Ho Chi Minh, we will stay here again!

직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 새벽에 들어가도 웃는 얼굴로 반겨주었고, 근처 24시간 하는 유명한 쌀국수집이 있습니다.
엘리베이터가 없어서 올라갈 때 조금 힘들었어요

3 nuits très bien, hôtel calme et bien situé, personnel trsè sympathique.

테라스가있는 4층에 숙박하였고, 엘리베이터가 없어서 올라가기 힘들었습니다.
숙소앞 바에서 새벽3시까지 음악을 틀어서 잠들기 힘들정도로 시끄러웠습니다.
방상태는 괜찮았습니다. 주인 아주머니 영어도 잘하시고 매우 친절했고요,
새벽1~2시까지 놀고 들어오신다면 추천합니다. 수건교환 청소는 방쓰는 동안에는 안되있었습니다.
수건 직접 교환해 달라고 해야합니다. 가격 위치를 고려할땐 괜찮은 숙소 입니다.
예민하신 분이나 연인끼리 가신다면 비추입니다.

I had a decent stay. The hotel was slightly hard to find as it's off a side street. But for what you pay for, it's a decent value.

When we arrived at Vinh Chung we were told our room's A/C was being replaced so we had to spend the first night at the hotel accross the street (small room but clean, served it's purpose for 1 night). We thought they may have overbooked and made up the story about the a/c, turns out it was true and we had a nice room with brand new A/C. Bed was comfortable (hard as usual in Vietnam but we like it so) and room was cleaned daily. Service was good at the hotel despite people not speaking much English. Recommended a great massage place nearby but the laundry service took 1 day to return clothes (slow by Asian standards) and clothes smelled of cigarettes, some were stained and had shrunk.

A good, central hotel in Ho Chi Minh. Staff is friendly, and Happy wants to ensure you have a pleasant stay. We had a slight problem upon check in, but Happy handled the situation to our complete satisfaction. She is willing to help in any way. The rooms in the hotel are modern, have air con, a fridge, and plenty of hangers in the wardrobe - a first for us! Overall, we had a good stay here.

Great value for the money, but surely not luxury. Decent ac, great wifi, but a bit noisy at night. Would recommend this family run hotel. Happy is excellent host!

Midden in het backpackers district wel een beetje gehoorig maar wij hebben geslapen als een roos.
Happy is de top regelt alles voor je en doet dat nog kosteloos ook, niks is te gek.hotel gedateerd maar schoon en netjes.

Hotel perfekt für Backpacker. Sehr zentral, Zimmer sehr sauber. Betten sind gut, für manche möglicherweise zu hart. Das Wichtigste: Es ist günstig. Preis- Leistung stimmt absolut. Ein wenig negativ: Der Kollege an der Rezeption verstand leider kein bis wenig Englisch bzw. verstand das Meiste falsch, so dass Missverständnise auftauchten.
