Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem tollen Hotel mit traumhaften Blick auf den Thuner See.
Pros:

Top-Lage, Gute Ausstattung von Zimmer und Restaurant, überwiegend sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Sehr schön ist auch der Gartenbereich mit Sonnenliegen sowie der Pool mit einem traumhaften Blick zum See.
Hinweisen zu Sauberkeit etc. hat der Hotelmanager sofort aufgenommen und ist dem nachgegangen. Dafür gibt es ein extra Lob!!

Cons:

Ein Strandhotel was nicht direkt am Strand liegt, sollte nicht mit dem Begriff Strandhotel werben. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Seeblick gebucht, aber der Blick wurde durch die davor gebauten Häuser eingeschränkt.
Der Wellnessbereich ist etwas muffig und sehr feucht, die Bio-Sauna hat zwar 65 Grad angezeigt aber es waren gefühlt 85 Grad.
Und dann das Verhalten einzelner Gäste, teilweise ekelhaft. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

מלון נהדר. היינו בחדר פרימיום גדול, יש בו כל מה שצריך. מיזוג אויר. מרפסת גדולה לנוף מרהיב של האגם והטירה.
והספא של המלון מעולה!! ג'קוזי גדול לנוף. חדר אוכל שגם פונה לנוף. מהמרפסת שלו כאילו נמצאים בספינה.

Great hotel lovely location training g needed
Pros:

Loved the property and the location and we would like to return again

Cons:

The lady who checked us in was far too slow it took ages for it to be done leaving so many people behind us unhappy . Gave very little information about anything including which lift we should take for our room. So we were hunting for it . Restaurant staff were very good and the room was perfect for our needs . Checking in shouldn’t be that hard !

Stunning views, friendly and helpful staff, spotless rooms, and everything was handled promptly and professionally. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and unforgettable memories!

Cons:

Rules are rules, and I completely understand that. I would have appreciated the opportunity to check in a little earlier, and I did submit a request, but unfortunately, this was not possible.

I would also appreciate more prompt communication from the staff when responding to messages. Having to wait several days for a reply can create some uncertainty and leaves a somewhat mixed impression.

Overall, I hope this feedback can help improve the guest experience in the future.
