Nice location but they need to work to be a four star hotel
Pros:

No TP on the men's room. This is a four star hotel and they did not check whether there is TP on the men's room. The food was ok. The wine is regional and ok.

不好，有被糊弄的感觉

这次通过Booking预定的三晚lake View 的房间，但是抵达后第一个晚上他给的是lake side的房间，看不到湖景，我不知道这个是酒店的原因还是Booking的原因，所以整个瑞士旅游特别差的体验就是第一晚，我的阳台看出去就是房顶，非常让人失望，毕竟定的是湖景房，跟酒店投诉以后他是第二天给我换的房间，所以这是这次最大的一个遗憾，不知道这个问题是Booking预订信息没有说清楚，还是这个酒店他们在混淆概念，lake View和lake side 有巨大的差异，幸运的是我能够用英文去跟前台努力的力争换房间，如果我不会英语的话，那我这次花这么多的钱订的湖景房就直接被糊弄了，同时也希望booking 修正你们的订房信息，和酒店要谈清楚，lake side和lake view房间应该是有价格差异的，Booking一直是我非常信任的订房app，希望也一直让我信任下去。

Erholsamer Aufenthalt wobei Wellness und Sport nur Nebensache sein darf.

Zimmer tip top, Frühstücksbuffet der Hammer!, Abendessen vorzüglich. Wellness eher klein

The Spabereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und bietet den perfekten Ort für Erholung. Weiter was das Essen sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Schöne Lage, jedoch Ventilator im Zimmer, der nicht selber reguliert werden kann
Pros:

Das so genannte Strandhotel liegt 2 Gehminuten vom See weg, ist aber grundsätzlich sehr schön und ruhig gelegen.

Cons:

Der Ventilator, resp. die Heizung liegt über dem Bett. Diese kann im Zimmer nicht ausgeschaltet werden. Wir konnten wegen dem lauten Rauschen nur mit Oropax schlafen.

A perfect Swiss lakeside stay, highly recommended!

Our stay at Hotel Belvédère Spiez was absolutely unforgettable!
The service here is outstanding — the staff are warm, thoughtful and incredibly attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our whole trip.
What truly blew us away is the breathtaking panoramic view from the hotel. We enjoyed stunning scenes of Lake Thun, the historic Spiez Castle, yachts in the harbour, rolling green hills and majestic Alpine mountains, both in bright sunshine and dreamy sunset glow. Waking up to such postcard‑perfect scenery every day was pure luxury.
This hotel perfectly combines top‑notch hospitality with world‑class natural beauty. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to everyone visiting Switzerland!
