El personal es encantador, Ali, Natalia, y todas las demás empleadas cuyos nombres no recuerdo. Han sido siempre muy atentas, y nos han dado consejos valiosisimos para disfrutar de la Vall d'Aran. Los desayunos son fantásticos, y la habitación muy confortable.

Era tranquilo y cómodo.

Cons:

Hacía calor en la habitación, y sobre todo en el baño (interior). El minibar hacía bastante ruido. En general, la habitación necesitaba un reacondicionamiento. También la limpieza es mejorable.

Beautiful location but beds need to be upgraded.

Location is great.

Cons:

In the same building there are private homes in between the hotel rooms, and they do not submit to the same rules as guests of the hotel. It happened to us that after 20:30 one of private owners were renovating and drilling holes with a lot of nouse. The mattresses were in a bad state and hollow - not comfortable.

La ubicación cerca a Viella

Cons:

El trato de la chica de recepción, muy seco y exhibiendo que no debemos reservar por Booking, en cambio la chica de cocina espectacular y amable. A pesar de haber enviado comentarios antes por la app, para saber si había parking para la motocicleta, nunca me respondieron.
