Personal ungelernt, unfreundlich, unprofessionell, Sauberkeit ließ zu Wünschen übrig, Tische wurden bevor sie neu eingedeckt wurden nicht abgewischt, Die Waschräume und Toiletten im Keller waren dreckig, wurden kein einziges Mal gesäubert, Taschentücher lagen am Boden, Boden war schmutzig, entweder man wurde morgens von einem nervigen Laubbläser geweckt oder von lauter Musik, die von unten in den 2. Stock schallte. Restaurant viel zu teuer, Miniportionen. Parken viel zu teuer (20 € pro Tag!!)

Ein Kurzurlaub, der alle Erwartungen übertroffen hat.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Die Lage am See war wunderbar.
Das Frühstück war voll in Ordnung.

Nach beschweren wurde gereinigt. Wir werden das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Hotel lag direkt am See.

Cons:

Dir Sauberkeit liess stark zu wünschen übrig. Staub im Zimmer, Balkonbrüstung schmutzig. Jede Menge Spinnengewebe auf dem Balkon,Tisch auf dem Balkon schmutzig ( Kaffeerand), Toilette roch stark nach Urin. Toilettenbürstenhalterung und Toilettenbürste stark verschmutzt. Handtücher kaputt und verschmutzt, Frühstückstische waren verschmutzt .

Die Lage ist Top, der Empfangsbereich lässt viel versprechen. Der Empfang sehr freundlich und sympathisch .

Cons:

Die Zimmer entzaubern. Sehr klein und einfach ausgestattet. Die Betten sehr (zu) weich- wer‘s mag…Das Bad ist sehr klein. Die Dusche eifache Baumarkt-Armatur abgenutzt. Der Ablauf der Waschschüssel defekt, die Klobürste völlig verdreckt, gehörte längst ausgetauscht. Reklamation wurde ignoriert! Ein Haken für die Handtücher. Der Balkontisch verbrauchter Campingvariation. Alles in Allem enttäuschend und keine 3Sterne würdig!

Cons:

Preis Leistungsverhältnis Frühstück und Restaurant

Nur wenige Parkplätze am Hotel. Parkplatz, den man täglich gegen neun für den Tag bezahlen muss.
Bei An- und Abreise / Ent-/Beladen des Fahrzeuges steht man dann halb auf der Fahrbahn.

Die Lage - direkt vor dem Ammersee mit Steg und gutem Weg ins Wasser

Cons:

Spabereich sehr klein z.b. im Ruheraum der Sauna nur 4 Liegen, 1 Saunaraum und 1 Dampfbad
Zimmer für einen längeren Aufenthalt auch zu klein um bequem zu sein
