Great location and view, below average facilities
Pros:

Location was great. Food was quite good, good options for breakfast and dinner that you can choose from. There is great view of Kanchanjungha that we were lucky to see from hotel balcony. Rooms are quite spacious and nice.

Cons:

Many facilities were dated and were not working as expected. TV didn’t work, the staffs said they would fix it but they didn’t. Hot water wasn’t available in one of the room and the shower was broken in the other. The blankets and bedsheets were not appropriately cleaned. The hotel is rated as 4 star and we paid high price during Christmas holidays, but the stay can be rated as a decent 3 star.

Pros:

Very nice place. Quiet with nice garden nice big rooms good beds, and very pleasent staff. Good breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

Asked twice for new batteries for tv control. But was told to shift between the two controls. For me that was very strange.
