Unhappy.
Pros:

Room No. 102 allotted to me was very poor.

Cons:

No restaurant.
Not professionally managed.
AC has no remote.
Smelly room.
Hotel boys do not speak Malayalam.
Even at 7am hotel boys seen sleeping on the sofa at the reception.
Overall Booking.com misguided us.
