The location was very good, the room so spacious and with many windows where you could see all the city. The furnitures were very nice, there are two bathrooms, many facilities in the room. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were indifferent. They didn’t help us, when we wanted smth in the room ( for example blankets), they didn’t bring. The staff were not not friendly.

The room temperature ranged from 25°C to 27°C in the middle of winter. Nothing could be done to bring it down.

В целом хороший отель для бизнес-путешественников. Завтрак хороший. Удовлетворили мою просьбу о заселении на верхний этаж. Номера очень просторные, уютные, Ванная большая. Удобная локация в самом центре.
Немного удивила система бумажек-пропусков, выдаваемых при заселении на каждый завтрак. Пришлось долго ждать, пока их выпишут. Потом каждый раз вспоминать, чтобы взять их с собой на завтрак. Точно можно как-то по-другому учитывать посещение.
Having stayed here previously and had an extremely positive stay, I was excited to return. I was even more excited when I was told that I was getting a free room upgrade to one of the suites – it was a perfect feeling after having spent the previous nights camping in the countryside! The staff were extremely helpful at all times, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's central location allowed for easy exploration of Ulaanbaatar. This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels at which I have stayed in my lifetime.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel (very early morning), I could tell that I was going to have a very positive stay. The staff were very welcoming, and I was able to have an early check-in. The room itself was very spacious, clean, and warm (which I was grateful for given the outside temperatures in December!)
In a nutshell, all staff were extremely polite and helpful; the room was really comfortable; the breakfast was delicious; and the location is the best, right next to the central square. This time, I was only staying for 1 night as I was going to go on a trip for 3 days – the staff let me store my suitcase at the hotel so that I only needed to bring my rucksack with essentials on the trip, and I was able to collect my luggage 3 days later (perfect, since I was going to stay again for another two nights after my 3 days away).
I will always return to this hotel when I come to Ulaanbaatar.
