Brilliant location, great view and friendly staff
Pros:

Stayed here for one night with a friend in June 2025. We booked the airport transfer through the hotel which was good as the traffic was fairly heavy. The driver was waiting for us at the airport as planned. He drove us right to the door up a steep ramp with an off camber. Check in happened and we were given room 1001. The lift was a talking point for us as the carpet has the day of the week displayed on it (see the photo), which is really helpful when you’re on holiday and aren’t sure what day of the week it is!

The room was large and we’d paid for a view of the main square and this was great - there was a thunder storm overnight and we had a great view of it. The two single beds (think they are combined to be a super king usually as they seemed to be quite long) were very comfy and everything was clean and tidy as you’d expect. The fixtures and fittings all worked well and the only small complaint was that the TV didn’t quite turn off and still emitted a glow, but this didn’t stop us from sleeping.

The bathroom was a good size too, with ample hot water and good water pressure. The only complaint was that it had a shower curtain rather than a glass enclosure.

The WiFi worked well - great speed and the range was good too. We had our own WiFi code, we think because of the thickness of the walls in the hotel.

Breakfast was good, with a great range of western and eastern options. Plenty of juices, hot and cold food and other drinks. We also left our bags here so we could explore after check out and everything was well looked after.

Location wise, this place is ideal to be able to see UB. You’re right in the heart of things, which was handy when there was a sharp rain shower as we were able to get back to the hotel fairly quickly.

Overall, a great stay, with friendly and helpful staff.

Western Tuushin delivered an excellent experience: from the comfort and quality of the rooms to the consistently attentive service. The managers and staff are professional, responsive, and genuinely accommodating. Organizing an event with them was remarkably smooth; they were flexible, proactive, and very receptive to requests, which made coordination easy and stress-free. Overall, a highly reliable venue with a team that truly understands hospitality and event support.

I wish to commend Manager Yhani and Manager Aivy for their outstanding professionalism, assistance, and support. Together with the rest of the team at Western Tuushin, they made the entire experience seamless.

I had an excellent experience at Best Western Premier Tuushin Hotel. the place was comfortable, pristine professionalism from the. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city. The rooms are spacious and with a beautiful view of the city. The staff are consistently helpful. I would say it’s the best value for the money. I would confidently recommend this hotel to business travelers and visitors looking for a temporary but memorable stay in Ulaanbaatar.

Pros:

The location was very good, the room so spacious and with many windows where you could see all the city. The furnitures were very nice, there are two bathrooms, many facilities in the room. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were indifferent. They didn’t help us, when we wanted smth in the room ( for example blankets), they didn’t bring. The staff were not not friendly.
