Pros:

The location was very good, the room so spacious and with many windows where you could see all the city. The furnitures were very nice, there are two bathrooms, many facilities in the room. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were indifferent. They didn’t help us, when we wanted smth in the room ( for example blankets), they didn’t bring. The staff were not not friendly.

Generally a pretty good stay. The hardware failures was made up by the helpful and friendly software

Wonderful view of the Sukhbaatar Square. Polite and obliging staff. Very comfortable room.

Cons:

The room temperature ranged from 25°C to 27°C in the middle of winter. Nothing could be done to bring it down.
