Good budget stay
Pros:

Was ok generally. Spacious room and bathroom. For the price, worth it.

Cons:

Strong smell of cigarettes, esp in toilet
Upstairs room had some sort of party, and they were very noisy at night
Had to pay a deposit using only cash ... which was inconvenient

Worth price, design & facilities (like staying in 6🌟 hotel). Definitely going there stay again.

- Convenient shop lots & kopitiam delicious food as well (super nearby 99 Speedmart, Big Pharmacy, DIY, 7-11 etc) same row & opposite row
- Opposite road every Thursday have “Pasar Malam” awesome night for walk & foodstall there (yummy2x)
- Opposite road every morning have market there as well has open car park space there so won’t effect nearby parking space
- REMINDER hotel not provided parking for hotel guest
- Their WIFI issue needed to be fix, their coverage very weak. Using own WIFI worst… So that area WIFI coverage need to be fix.
