Very safe, friendly hotel.
Pros:

The staff was amazing. I accidentally booked an extra room and they went above and beyond to cancel it. I was stressed about losing the extra money but they were so helpful to get it cancelled and not charge me. I also travel with my child and as a female it is always important to feel safe. I felt safe the entire stay.

Good stay. Great staff!
Pros:

Great location. Gas station and restaurants close by. Staff was great! Breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of choices! Also lasted until 10 which meant we didn’t need to get up super early! And check out was at noon!

Cons:

I experienced a few minor inconveniences. Shower water pressure wasn’t great. The remote wouldn’t work sometimes and my door wouldn’t fully shut without being pushed or pulled all the way.

Our stay was good but price seemed a little high.
Pros:

The location was in a good part of town. The lobby was clean. Breakfast was good and they had a good variety.

Cons:

Some of the wallpaper was coming off our room, shower drain didn’t drain well, and the dishwasher was broken.

I just feel like overall it was a great stay just staff needs better manners

It was clean very spacious and nice

Cons:

I didn’t like that the rooms weren’t clean everyday but every other day but also some staff had really bad attitudes and also talked about you in a bad way

Pros:

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The room was clean and spacious. Pet friendly hotel.

Cons:

There was a weird smell in the elevators. Hotel coffee is horrible no matter what hotel I stay at.

Great stay other than bed size.

Cons:

Bed size. Said it was a queen but the queen we slept on previous night was larger. Management said they had measured previously and it was a queen. I didn’t ask them to remeasure. Clearly that statement she said to me tells me that I’m not the only person that complained about the bed size.
