Room not so comfortable especially table and chair.
Just like motel for salesperson. Service superb cannot be blame.

I stayed here before two years ago, and it is heartening to see that the owners have maintained this modern hotel in good shape. While it is truly in the budget category (we paid less than 900 Baht each for our rooms including breakfast), the product quality punches well above its weight. The rooms are sleekly designed, beds and pillows are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and effective, and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. Easy parking and convenient access off the main highway through the city,

Breakfast is good (you order from a selection of Thai and western dishes).

It would be nice to have a kettle in the room to make coffee upon waking. Also, guests should be aware there is no lift so if you have difficulty climbing two to three flights of stairs ask for a room on the first or ground floor.

The property is a 15-minute stroll to the lake where most of the farang-friendly bars and restaurant are located, and where you can enjoy the fabulous sunsets from an uncluttered promenade. I love Phayao, and I love this little gem of a hotel too.

Number one problem I have with this property was the resort fee it was a $25 a night room but they tacked on a 12 1/2 dollar resort fee which of course includes taxes but it was 33% of the room cost. This is the highest fee I have ever received on a property and it is unacceptable. The best thing about this room is a great breakfast at café in the front of the hotel. Everything was clean The bed was excepted fully comfortable but no coffee or cattle in the room unacceptable even at this price point

Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Haus für den Aufenthalt. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss vom Busbahnhof. Sehr nettes Personal. Leider konnte das defekte Fahrrad während des Aufenthalt nicht repariert werden. Ein Schrank im Zimmer wäre auch schön gewesen. Trotzdem absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

First night were on an upper floor but first thing next morning were moved into a ground floor room. Have extended our original stay from 15 Oct - 31 Oct and will probably extend for another month before trying somewhere else in the beautiful smiley land.

Great modern clean hotel with friendly & helpful staff (although limited English). Comfortable bed, nice hot shower, & balcony. Free bike rental. Hotel is about 15 minutes walk to the lake, or 5 minutes to the bus terminal. Delicious cafe breakfast with plenty of a la carte option including Western & Thai fusion dishes.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly Amdahl helpful. I world recommend this hotel to anybody. I plan to stay at this hotel again.

The staff was great,check in was easy,they have free bikes,the breakfast was quite good,the room was clean and set up very well,the shower was hot,the bed comfy....

Petty new clean hotel with great facilties, fast wifi, good breakfast, attentive staff and even free bicycle hire. Unfortunately very thin walls combined with very noisy aircon and fridge made sleeping very difficult: even with ear plugs

The hotel is new and very clean and well designed. The area is convenient to the bus station, walking 10min.
A location nearer the lake is better for views, restaurants and evening activities.

新しい4階建ての小さなホテル。何処にいくにもロケーションが良いのが魅力、新しいホテルでソフトは問題ないが部屋にはバスタオルとミネラルウォーターしかない。無料の自転車があるが設備がいまいち。朝食レストランは敷地内にあり非常に雰囲気の良いカフェである。

An unexpectedly good hotel given the obscurity of Phayao city. Very new, simple but effective modern style with a bedroom and wet bathroom that works well. Welcoming staff. Terrific a la carte breakfast in their cute little cafe included in the bargain price of 765 Baht which I paid. Can't imagine you'd find a better stopping point in Phayao.

The Hotel is quite new with modern decoration.
The only negative side of this Hotel is the smelly Thai style bathroom, after a shower the whole bathroom is wet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with freshly brewed coffee.
Location is in the city center a few hundred meters from the lake. Many good restaurants near the lake.

Overall an enjoyable stay. Staff friendly and spoke some English. If you happen to be stuck in your room due to inclement weather (especially in rainy season) there are only Thai TV channels to watch. Not good if you are limited to zero Thai language. Would be appropriate for hotel to consider cable/satellite channels also. There is no phone in the room so to speak with reception you have to leave your room. Coffee/Tea mugs in room, but no ability to make your own, you have to go to cafe at from of property which is only open till 1800hrs. Overall very pleasant room,hotel and stay that could be better if some comments here acted on.

無駄を削ぎ落としたシンプルで清潔感があり好感が持てますが、シンプルなだけに、ゆっくりしたい方はお勧め出来ません！シャワーしか無くぬる目のお湯しか出ず、シャワーを使うとトイレとワンルームなので床がびしょ濡れになります。
金額からすると仕方がないと言う所です。特質して良かったのはこの金額で朝食が付くのですが、隣接するカフェで10種類以上の中から選べて、親切でセンスあるお店で、昼間カフェとしても利用しました。近くの湖までは少し離れています。
