All-in-all, it was a great place for the value and I will stay there again.
Pros:

I was there three days and can't say enough about the staff -- super friendly, helpful, and just great people on all shifts. The pool was sparkling and the breakfast area was well-kept.

Cons:

The towels were a little thin. :-)

The convince to my grandson graduation

Refrigerator not working, light bulbs not replaced,no shower curtains had to ask,for on,towels old dingy and scratchy,sprinkler hanging out of celling, property had tarantulas need to ensure things are kept away as much as possible they need extermination professionals to treat the property side walks need to be cleaned of the bugs which the tarantulas were feeding on my 75 year old sister was traumatized by seeing these large spiders, and said she will never stay there again,so I will have to drive 16 miles father for her not to be afraid. THE property can be good with more attention to details, the breakfast was horrible 😫. Concrete drive was all broken up pool was nice after the bugs were removed,however it was hard too enjoy cause the staff let there children use most of the evening. IT COULD BE A GREAT PROPERTY IF SOME ONE CARED. The entrance is pretty however. The staff did the best they could do with what they had to work with. The owners need to visit there property I have owned many properties and I always visited them all sometimes unexpected, to see if my managers were on Job I expected alot cause it matters when people spend there money especially a good night sleep

Pros:

I like the setup of the room. Parking was great.

Cons:

There were baby roaches in our room. The bathtub is very slick and no handicap bars for safety. I know that insects outside can't really be controlled, but I have never been at a hotel ground where there are tarantulas crawling around. Really no good area to walk your dogs without getting into high grass.

I was OK the staff was great.
Pros:

Eggs were over cooked. Biscuits and bacon we good. No milk for cereal, no juice.

Excellent Hotel, If I ever find myself in Yoakum again, I'll be staying here

The Staff were really nice, the room was spotless, tge beds were very, very comfortable.The rooms were larger than I was expecting.

Pros:

This is closest to where I need to be. Always love the staff here. Always clean. Never any issues here with my neighbors. My dog loves it here.

Cons:

Some rooms are nicer than others. The doors this last stay were not very well sealed letting in bugs and light. The bathroom door was also in pretty bad shape.
