Pros:

The property was in a nice location and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing!

Cons:

The beds are SUPER firm. The pool wasn’t very clean and to get into the pool, you have to have someone from the front desk let you in.

The hotel and staff were excellent. Food was good. Shuttle driver was courteous and a good safe driver. The shuttle itself was horrible! We arrived on Oct 7 in the rain and EVERY seat in the shuttle was wet from a leaky roof!!! That’s a very bad reflection on your hotel. Trade it in!!!

Pros:

Great location, easy check in.

Cons:

The room smelled like dirty feet. The carpet could've used a good cleaning. I did report this at check out.

Eli was exceptionally helpful.

Cons:

The lighting in the room was not bright enough and the room was noisy next to the window with all night traffic noise.
The air-conditioning made a noise even when switched off.
