I wish there were better deals for guests at the onsite sauna. $70 PP is a little outrageous.
Perfect location and excellent outdoor areas. The fire pits were a big plus and the bar serving food and drinks to go was a perfect amenity. Love the S’mores!
We got a room with outdoor patio but unfortunately our neighbors used their patio for smoking. The outdoor areas are not non-smoking and that limited our enjoyment. Also small children playing in the hot tub was disappointing.

It was close to the music festival. The outside hot tub is pretty cool. The staff was friendly.
There were water spots all over the ceiling. Clearly the roof leaks. Something was taken of the ceiling so now there are holes in it. There was rust in the bathroom on the molding by the shower. No continental breakfast for the price you pay. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that offered so much more.

Love the outdoor spaces- just wish there was a bit more available seating. Location is fantastic for walking and exploring Canal Park. Staff was amazing about fixing housekeeping issue on check in.
Room was dirty. Toilet had poop stains. One of the beds was all wrinkled with crumbs and a hair on it. Mold in the shower,

Parking is a bit scattered. I did appreciate the unloading and loading zone for dealing with luggage.

The website indicated they had electric scooters and bikes to use, they only had pedal bikes.
