The hallways and elevator smelled like marijuana.
I cannot say enough great things about the staff. There's nothing I've brought to their attention that they haven't taken care of for me.
The location is highly recommended if you want to be near the bus line, restaurants, shopping or just walking.
There's crunch fitness across the street. Navy Federal Bank is almost in the same parking lot.
The atmosphere is warm and friendly. I've been waiting in (a short) line at the desk and have witnessed guests and potential guests not being so friendly or calm at times, yet whoever is working always greets everyone with professionalism and in a friendly manner.
The rooms are comfortable, have everything I need (minus an oven lol) and the appliances are kept up to date. Everything works great. The rooms are also very affordable if you looking for a "deal" and they are very clean.
I haven't had problems with noise, I mean I do have to consider there's many rooms and 4 floors but I do not have any complaints about noise and I'm a very light sleeper.

I needed an affordable place to stay for one night. I chose this property after reviewing many other affordable properties in the area. My room was clean, my bathroom was very clean and the front desk/lobby area was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff (both AM and PM) treated me well and were very professional. Is this place luxurious? NO. But it did meet my needs for the night. The bed was fine (not amazing) and the refrigerator and microwave were very clean. The room could use a paint job and was a bit tired, but honestly the price was right and I would stay here again.
The front desk attendant was the only saving grace of this establishment.
Horrific room conditions. We felt like we were in a 3rd world country with broken cabinets, roaches and dirty linens / furnishings
No coffee ior extra toilet paper in the rooms. Room was damaged and visibly dirty. Bathroom door didn’t close. Blankets were very thin and there was no bedside lamp. Shampoo had clearly been used already.

the room smelled, the floors were dirty, the bathtub was filthy. Not to mention there were no towels. I had to buy towels. I only got a sheet for the bed so thank goodness i brought blankets. all of the counter tops were disgusting. I bought cleaning supplies to try and feel better about the situation. i was traveling from out of state.

Everything. It’s so gross. The first room I went to wasn’t even ready, not even sheets or bed made, thankfully the night guy did come switch me rooms. They don’t have staff downstairs after a certain time, thankfully he was on site and I was able to get a room. They don’t say that when booking the hotel!! The second room I went to at least had a bed set up, the room itself was still dirty. The bathroom toilet had stuff in it, the shower had hair still from the previous people. It was just so gross. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Booking.com charged me to book the hotel and then I had to pay again when I got there. Not at all the experience I was halfway hoping for.
Jovonn was incredibly helpful in checking myself and my colleagues in. There were about 15 of us staying here for a few months and he was always available to help with anything we needed. Whether it was checking in, getting rooms cleaned, or providing more soap/shampoo, I felt like I could always depend on Jovonn to lend a helpful hand.
I am the Travel agent who booked the stay for my Client!
He was treated poorly and the property was filthy! The client had a corporate one three-way call and witnessed the front desk girl, Saniequa, refuse her name and hang up on corporate and the client.
This is now being investigated by the corporate office. I will also file a report with the health department and with my host agency. MY CLIENT WOULD NOT STAY THERE DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS AND PAID FOR A DIFFERENT HOTEL OUT OF THE GHETTO!
