Everything. Showed up at 1am to check in as our flight got delayed, I had to call the front desk as no one was there. They answered and told me that the system does not let them check in after 1am so I had no chance of getting the room I booked. I had to book a room at another hotel just so I had somewhere to stay. I showed up the next day to check in my booked room with 2 queens non smoking, showed up and they sold my room to someone else. They tried to offer me a smoking room and the entire floor smelled like an ashtray. Myself and my wife did not end up staying and had to book another hotel.

Room was dated needed new carpet thought it was a little weird that we had to go look at the room before we could fill out paperwork. The room was clean though. The door security latch did not work.

I checked out a day early because of the cockroaches. I will never book there again.

Cockroaches. Smell of cigarettes. Raggedy furniture. Peeling paint. Rattling refrigerator. No lamps. No mirrors in bedroom. No luggage rack. Cockroaches!!!!

Quiet & peaceful, staff was extremely helpful with check-in, close to the interstate so makes traveling easier
